The Study On The Intentions Of Graduates Serving The New Rural Construction In Agricultural Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the construction of new socialist countryside,the rural areas have changed greatly.For example,the rural economy has increased steadily,and the income of farmers has increased gradually.The rural infrastructure has been improved gradually,and the living environment has been improved.However,the agricultural development still has many problems.For example,the agricultural products are produced extensively,which has low processing capacity.The industrialization of agriculture is still in the primary stage of development.There is an income gap between urban and rural.The agricultural information is lagged.Rural labor is lack of knowledge.The rural science,education,culture and hygiene construction has lagged.Three agriculture-related issues in China have seriously threatened the development of China's economy and social harmony and stability.In the final analysis,the result of these problems is the talents' shortage of new socialist countryside construction.Without the support of the advanced intelligence,the construction of new socialist countryside cannot achieve the goals.At present,the role of talents in new socialist countryside construction is not obvious.How to make the talents play a good role in the construction of new socialist countryside?It is an urgent problem to be solved.The continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the higher education in our country has shifted to the mass education.The number of college graduates is increasing year by year,and the employment of college students has gradually become the focus of social attention.Although under the pressure of such employment,most of the graduates in agricultural vocational colleges are not willing to participate in the construction of new socialist countryside.Because they are influenced by the social environment,traditional culture idea and the rural economic conditions.According to the survey,there are many problems in the new socialist countryside construction.Such as,the form of employment,the subjective intention of employment,the shortage of employment channels,the shortage of relevant policy support and encouragement.Faced with the demand of new socialist countryside construction and the employment structure of agricultural vocational college graduates,how to make agricultural vocational college graduates become talents of modern agricultural development,leading a large number of agricultural vocational college graduates to participate in the new socialist countryside construction,has become an urgent problem to be solved.The author will take Jiangsu Polytechnic College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example.She will investigate the willingness of the Agricultural Vocational College Students serving for the new socialist countryside construction.On the basis of the research on the new socialist countryside construction of agricultural vocational college graduates,the author will analyze the impacting factors of agricultural vocational college graduates serving for the new socialist countryside construction,and find out the bottleneck problems of rural employment of agricultural vocational college graduates.So that the author can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
