On The Role And Countermeasure Of Agricultural Vocational Education In Building New Countryside In Jiangxi Province

It is a significant historical task in the modernization process of our country to build the socialistic new countryside of "production development and life well-to-do, town civilization and village neat, management democracy" according with the task of building Well-off Society, and it is a important ring to build harmonious society. Agricultural professional education plays an important strategic role in new countryside construction. Therefore, the study on the Role and Countermeasure of Agricultural Vocational Education in Building New Rural in Jiangxi province has important theoretical and realistic meaning.The study insists on scientific humanism principle in close integration with historical research, theoretical research and reality study. it has combed the historicalgeneral situation of Jiangxi province agricultural vocational education, and summarized the historical characteristic of Jiangxi province agricultural vocational education in foundation of defining the concept of "vocational education" and"agricultural vocational education", analyzing the rich intension of " socialistic new countryside". This dissertation analyze some defections of agricultural professional education, such as some situation of "weak service local ability" and"difficult recruitment and employment", on the basis of on-the-spot investigation of partially agricultural vocational school in Jiangxi. It absorbs theoretical nutrition from the theory of Chinese modern village construction and the experience of foreign agricultural vocational education, annotating the function of agricultural vocational education in "developing new agriculture ", "cultivating new peasant ", " constructing new countryside" in Jiangxi province. Suggestion is as follows: Government shoud pay attention to the function of agricultural vocational education in new countryside construction highly; College should set up the notion of serving the development of region socioeconomy strongly, and insist the principle of "opening the door to run a school, acting on running a school"; establishing a school pattern according to local conditions with region socioeconomy to improve the ability of serving region and boost the development of agricultural vocational education and region together.
