| With the continuous reform of China’s market economic system and the dynamic adjustment of economic structure,the employment service problem of women living on subsistence allowance,a vulnerable group,has become increasingly prominent,and gradually attracted the attention of governments and communities at all levels.As a result of the accelerated urbanization process and the rapid transformation of social structure,the solution of the employment service for women living on subsistence allowance is not only related to their own development and happiness,but also related to family stability,gender equality and social harmony.In order to improve the social status of women and achieve active full employment in China,this study intends to explore ways to improve the employment skills of service objects and promote their physical and mental health development on the basis of the basic status quo,employment status and employment service demand of women living on subsistence allowances in P community of Guiding County.Firstly,this paper adopts participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method to discuss the employment status and employment service demand of women living on subsistence allowance.The results show that women living on subsistence allowances have a great demand for employment services,and they need to improve their social support network,expand their interpersonal communication and explore their own advantages.Secondly,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and empowerment theory,the group work method is used to intervene in the study of the employment service for subsistence domestic women.Specifically,five group activities with the themes of "understanding employment policy","strengthening employment awareness","obtaining employment information","enhancing employment ability" and "expanding employment network" were carried out to enhance the employment service ability of subsistence allowance housewives and construct a mutual assistance network for subsistence allowance housewives.Finally,the paper evaluates the effect of group work on the employment service for subsistence housewives.The results show that women living on subsistence allowances have a strong demand for employment services.The lack of powerful social environment resources has a certain impact on their employment services,and group work intervention can be used to improve the employment service ability of women living on subsistence allowances and meet their employment service needs. |
