Dialogue as a kind of education idea,is the inevitable developing trend of current era,at the same time,along with the deepening of new curriculum reform,the teaching way also will usher in a new stage of development.Dialogue teaching is on the basis of democracy and equality,through collaboration and exchange knowledge regeneration,in-depth teaching,it embodies the group from the pursuit of efficiency to focus on the individual spirit,the development of the new teaching of its impact on education work is quite significant.But throughout the present Chinese teaching,"lively" classroom appears inconsistent with the spirit of the Chinese new curriculum reform,such as one-sided understanding of the theory of dialogue between teachers and students,the lack of free topic dialogue,teachers a dialogue about and so on all affect the dialogue teaching smoothly,its phenomenon is not optimistic.This paper studies the problems that arise in the practice of language dialogue teaching.According to practical Chinese teaching,combined with China dialogue teaching theory,in case of classroom teaching as the breakthrough point,through the case analysis,literature research,action research method,etc.,seeking truth from facts to write under the background of new curriculum reform,Chinese dialogue teaching present democratic equal relationship between teachers and students,open interactive teaching situation and the characteristic of the main body both sides listen to respect each other,the characteristics and under the guidance of the theory of dialogue teaching,based on the new curriculum reform of freedom,democracy,equality of education concept,found that is the reason for difficulties in a variety of Chinese dialogue teaching in the exam-oriented education,evaluation mechanism and the influence of teachers' basic quality.Therefore,the teachers and students at the same time of advancing with The Times is the traditions to innovation,attaches great importance to the teaching process,create a good dialogue environment and atmosphere,to achieve the improvement of students knowledge and ability,spirit and thought liberation.The paper tries to promote the transformation of dialogue teaching from theory to practice,and lays a solid foundation for the effect of innovation and improvement of Chinese teaching.
