In recent years, the educational quality in schools has been drawn greater attention around the world, therefor,a variety of countries have implemented Standard-based curriculum reform to improve educational quality. The basic education reform conducted in our country specially emphasizes the importance of curriculum standard.Examination is the main way of academic assessment,so the consistency between examination paper and curriculum standard has become one of the most widely discussed topics.By 2013,science mathematics test papers of college entrance examination of most provinces and regions were set according to the curriculum standard(except for Guangxi province,it began to use curriculum standard-based mathematics test paper in 2015),this study chose 28 science mathematics test papers of 2013,2014,2015 and 2016,and classified them into five categories, then used SEC theory to study the consistency between these test papers and the curriculum standard. The study got the consistency index of test papers, the distribution of all content themes, and the requirements of cognitive level in mathematics test papers. The main conclusions of this study are as follow :(1)Among 28 test papers, the consistent coefficients between the required parts of 23 mathematics test papers of last four years and curriculum standard are between0.500-0.649(the closer to 1,the better.),and the elective parts' consistent coefficients are scattered. There are no significant differences among consistency of test papers of different years. There are significant differences among consistency of test papers of different categories.(2)The consistent at the aspect of content themes between mathematics test papers of last four years and curriculum standard is poor.Among 20 content themes, the percentages of “Set”,“Plane vector”,“Solid geometry”,“Counting principle ”,“Preliminary algorithm” and “Imaginary numbers” in test papers are almost as same as the percentages in curriculum standard. While for the rest 14 content themes, their percentages have big differences between test papers and curriculum standard.(3)As a whole, the requirements of cognitive level in mathematics test papers of last four years are higher than the requirements in curriculum standard. The required part of test papers of all categories have less contents of “know” and more contents of“master” than curriculum standard, while the contents of “understand ” are almost the same. For elective part, the contents of three cognitive levels are not stable in each categories and different from curriculum standard.
