Began with the 1980 s,Consistency of curriculum standards have been widely studied and recognized around the world.After years of effort,researchers have gained much fruitful research achievements in the assessment of student learning and curriculum standards conformance,and caused widespread concern of the education sector.This study will be a sample of the physical papers on junior high school entrance examination in Jiang Su Province.It aims to analyze the consistency of the characteristics of the local papers and the physical content of compulsory education curriculum standards.We selected two representative cities of high school entrance exam in the southern,central and northern part of Jiangsu province as samples.Combined with the actual situation of education in Jiangsu Province,we create a content consistency framework with high school entrance exam papers and physics curriculum standards,which was “Junior high school physical content multiply Cognitive level” Encoding matrix.Processing of the data matrix to obtain a ratio frame,and turn the data in the framework into which to topographic maps and histograms.Comparing the six cities' paper frame with compulsory curriculum standards framework,we obtained the exam characteristics of the cognitive level and knowledge of the contents of each city.Meanwhile,we summarize the characteristics of the development of the South,North,and central part of Jiangsu Province on the compulsory part of the three regions of physics.Finally,consistency coefficient was statistically significant in the equation to get conclusions of whether the papers and compulsory education curriculum standard physical content is consistent.Finally,we get the following conclusion: The physical examination papers of each city and physical curriculum standards are inconformity from 2012 to 2016 in Jiangsu Province.As well,it is inconformity too from the dimensions of knowledge content and cognitive level.Based on consistency analysis,we need to think the relation between curriculum standards,examination and teaching.Meanwhile,it's necessary to improve and enrich evaluation criterion,which favor to the development of compulsory education.
