With the surge in the demand for high-level talents,China has upgraded the strategy of rejuvenating talents into an important national strategy.Under such context,our higher education,aiming at training talents,ushered in the best period of rapid development.Nowadays people's material life is constantly enriched,and people are eager to pursue spiritual life,so the increase in the demand for art talent,rapid development of art education in colleges and universities call for many colleges and universities to expand the scale of art education,which has become one of its representations.However,the status quo of art education teachers in colleges and universities is not optimistic,there are many problems that directly affect the quality of art education and students' own development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the construction of teaching staff of art in colleges and universities,to follow the law of art education and improve the quality of education and teaching.By way of reflecting the current situation,probing into problems,putting forward measures,using the method of literature,questionnaires,causal analysis and other research methods.This paper depicts the present situation of faculty status quo of the art school,analyzes the main problems in the construction,and put forward ways to solve the problem and countermeasures taking the professional teachers of Shaanxi H University Art school as the research object.The contents of this paper include four parts: the first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper,briefly summarizes the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities by domestic and foreign scholars and introduces the thesis research content and methods.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the concepts of art teachers,art teachers 'quality,construction of art teachers team and teachers' management and elaborates the theory of expectation,evaluation theory,incentive theory,humanized management theory and its support to this study.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of the teaching staff structure of H University Art School.It mainly introduces the basic situation of the art school and summarizes the structure and management system of the teachers systematically with the chart form.By combing the existing problems and obtaining the valid data,it analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of the problems item by item.The fourth part isputting forward measures as to the strengthening the construction of teachers' colleges in H University.On the basis of the analysis of the problem,it puts forward the specific measures to solve the problem,namely perfecting the teacher employment mechanism,standardizing the teacher management system,building the teacher assessment incentive mechanism,the establishment of teacher constraints rules etc.
