China's "Double First-class" construction has entered a new stage of development in 2017,the state has issued relevant policies and documents to support the construction of "Double First-class ",and to enter the "Double First-class" construction list of colleges and universities to give financial support and preferential policy.In the construction of " Double First-class ",the development of research universities occupies an important position,it plays an important role in the development of education in China,leading the development direction of higher education,guide the scientific research situation of the institutions of higher learning,promote the reform of institutions of higher learning,to promote the internal discipline construction in colleges and universities,and create a good atmosphere for teaching and research.In the process of the development of research universities,teachers team construction is the most important,only have a high level of teacher team,can produce excellent talents,and output a high level of scientific research,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,promote the international status of education in China,complete the transformation from higher education "superpower" to "higher education power".Based on this,this research set out from the background of " Double First-class " construction,on the basis of human capital theory and incentive theory,with research universities as the breakthrough point,select Z university as the research object,using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,discusses the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The article has five parts: the first part from the construction of " Double First-class " is introduced into the research university teachers team construction,expounds the importance of teachers' team construction in the development of research universities,and the domestic and foreign research on the construction of research university faculty of rough comb,defining the relevant concepts,and to human capital,incentive theory as theoretical basis,using literature research,comparative analysis and other research,combined with the actual selection of Z university as the research object,and determine the research train of thought;The second part mainly elaborates the basic characteristics of the research universities and the importance of the construction of the teaching staff on the development of research universities.The third part from the discipline construction,teachers construction,scientific research,personnel training,international exchanges and cooperation of Z university introduction,introduced the Z university teachers team construction,and high level talents and student/teacher ratio,the teachers troop internationalization and so on,compared with that of other research universities find out the current existing problems in the construction of teachers team and gap;Fourth part targeted for Z university existing problems put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,such as compressed scale of undergraduates,control division ratio,the introduction of high-level talents,cultivating innovation team,etc.,in many ways to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,enhance the level of teaching staff construction;At last,the thesis is summarized and summarized,and the problems and shortcomings of the research are put forward.
