Education reform,our music career success.Primary school elementary music education music education as a whole,by the common interest of music teachers and education authorities at all levels.Singing teaching in primary schools as an important part of music teaching in the primary school,is an important way to achieve aesthetic-centric music education,can improve pupils ' music in the singing quality,aesthetic appreciation and promote the mental and physical development of pupils.The school songs of the early 20th century,to modern school education "singing lessons",all show the importance of teaching singing.Singing is the easiest way to learn music,especially for primary school students,to sing in music class is a special relaxing things.However,in the actual process of singing teaching in primary schools there are many factors that restrict the effective of singing teaching in primary schools.For example:to the teaching of singing in primary schools in some schools neglect,school teacher allocation imbalances remains weak,students of music and teaching is not apparent,and so on.According to the present situation and problems from the region-in xiangfen County,linfen city,Shanxi province,the first central primary school is also the alma mater of author,systematic investigation of the practice,deep into the teaching practice of singing teaching in primary schools for classroom observation and analysis of questionnaires,singing in primary school teaching-related issues.Combined with implementation of the new curriculum ideas,Kodaly as the theoretical basis for identifying actual problems in the teaching of singing in primary schools,analysis of causes of the problem,the actual teaching situation and sing primary school teaching in the classroom problem,singing on how to give music lessons in primary school teaching practice and research.This papers set three chapter content:first chapter main described has singing teaching in primary school music teaching in the of role and primary school singing teaching of target positioning development for has detailed of analysis;second chapter according to actual survey situation,on jinnan area of primary school survey data and information for finishing,and on actual problem for system of analysis and on solution problem of proposed of meet primary school singing teaching development of strategy;third chapter,is this papers of focus,according to pupils psychological development features,and Teachers' teaching design and its effect in singing teaching of singing teaching practice in primary schools to observe,analyze,summarize,hope to sing to his alma mater as well as the County's primary schools teaching basic music education provides its own modest.
