The Study On The Process Reengineering Of Financial Management In Colleges And Universities Under The Accounting Informatization

The common goal of people’s pursuit and expectation is the rapid development of economy,and accounting is of great significance to the process of economic development.With the progress and development of science and technology,in the In modern times,Accounting work comprehensively promote the construction of information technology in accordance with the requirements of national information development strategy.Practice has proved that accounting informatization can achieve data integration and norms,prompting the timely delivery of information,effect communication between departments,and enhance the quality of decision-making information,and Accounting informatization can not only enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,improve the financial management process of colleges and universities and social efficiency,and the realization of the strategic development of the role can not be ignored as well.In this paper,the financial management process reengineering is combined with the nature and objectives of institutions,with the development trend of accounting informatization,taking J University as an example,to understand and sort out the current situation of its financial management process,and diagnosis and identify the loopholes and problems of financial management processes in Colleges and universities from the organizational structure,and the specific process perspective.With the effective construction of accounting information,the deficiencies and defects in the financial management process can be reexamined and redesigned.Through the establishment of financial information integration platform,it will effectively integrate the financial system and non-financial management system of J University,fully sharing the financial information and business information,and controlling and supervising the expenditure activities of departments.At the same time,it will promote the coordination and cooperation of various departments in Colleges and universities,and improve the overall quality of service.Through the reconstruction of the budget management process,we will strengthen the control and supervision functions of the financial department of J University,effectively promote the rational use of funds and control the cost,and further improve the financial management process,in order to achieve smooth information between departments,and allocate the resources effectively,as well as,enhance the purpose of social satisfaction.Finally,this paper redesigned the process of financial reimbursement with process driven and customer oriented.Based on the information construction of colleges and universities as an opportunity,the author analyzed the financial management process of J University,and thinks that the construction of financial information integration platform is of positive significance to the financial management process of university.This paper believes that the construction of financial information integration platform is of great significance to the financial management process of university.This paper is expected to provide constructive suggestions for the establishment of a sound financial management system in Colleges and Universities,and effectively promote the healthy development of financial information in Colleges and universities.
