The Study Of Harmonious Relationship Between Teachers And Students Of Colleges And Universities

Teachers and students are the most essential social roles in the college and the main parts in the education activities. So, the relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important in all interpersonal relationships in the college, which plays an very important role in the development of college. As an very vital part for the harmonious society, the college should have a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of student-based, democracy and equality,solidarity and friendship and full of energy.By questionnaire surveys and interviews, we found that in modern times there are many questions of alienation of affection, interaction in trend of utility and passive communication existing in their relationships.And we make a thorough inquiry of the reasons which cause these questions from social environment, college, teachers, students and many other aspects. What's more, studying with the ancient Chinese relationships between teachers and students and the ways of building harmonious relationships between teachers and students in colleges out of China, we try to find some useful and proper measures for us.Therefore, to build an equal and a good interacting relationship between teachers and students finally, the colleges should carry out activities for building the harmonious relationships with an opening attitude, as well as strengthen the education of socialist core value and mental health of students, refine the development of campus cultures and institutional construction in the relationships between teachers and students.
