With the worsening of the environmental problems,many aspects of production and life in our society are affected in varying degrees.As an important part of school education in our country,school sports have also been greatly affected.The traditional school physical education is outdoors,while the drop in air quality can do harm to the student's body and reduce the students' interest in sports.At the same time,for many years,the routine content of physical education has been insufficient to meet the requirements of the development of school physical education,and school sports need new forms of development urgently.Compared to the traditional school physical education,swimming class is a more special course.On the one hand,swimming is one of the popular sports that the masses are familiar with,and it has high popularity and participation enthusiasm in the folk.In my spare time there have been many students to voluntarily participate in the swimming lesson,but also hope that the swimming class can walk into the campus popularization;on the other hand,is different from the traditional PE school swimming class teaching in the room,with land and water under the dual environment,conducive to the students' interest in learning and improve;swimming as a good aerobic exercise,can effectively improve students' physical quality.At the same time,with the help of the underwater environment,students can also overcome their fears and improve their mental health.This paper through the research methods of literature,psychological scale statistical method,experiment method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,to Qingdao city four experimental primary school,Jiangsu Road Primary School,Licang primary school a total of 174 students of physical health status as the research object,has made a systematic study and Research on the related literature and research results close the physical health of students and swimming lessons at home and abroad,with access to the expert survey,to determine the design and implementation of programs and specific swimming curriculum research,the study of the experiment.A comparative experiment on swimming course was conducted among 89 pupils and 85 primary school students inQingdao experimental primary school,Jiangsu Road Primary School and Licang primary experimental group.After a period of 12 weeks of experiments,through the comparative analysis of the relevant experimental data,the following conclusions and recommendations are made:1.Compared with traditional physical education,swimming lessons have better effect on students' body shape.Before and after the experiment,the height of the students in the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group.The weight loss of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the body mass index of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group.Because swimming uses parts of the body repeatedly,it stimulates their bones and promotes growth.For the monitoring of the physical shape of pupils,it can be monitored,such as the establishment of student health records,occasional random checks and investigations.2.Compared to the traditional physical education,swimming lessons can better develop the lung capacity of pupils.The pupils in swimming,will form an explosive force by changing the way of breathing,rapid breathing,effectively increase alveolar pressure,make the lungs more powerful,effectively promote lung respiration,enhance lung expansion,increase the number of alveoli better.Schools should carry out more new courses such as swimming lessons to better promote the development of lung capacity in primary school students.3.Compared with the transfer of physical education,swimming lessons,the development of the physical quality of pupils is very obvious.In the five aspects of speed quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality,lower limb explosive force and balance ability,the experimental group of swimming training was higher than the control group..Swimming as a popular and easy to carry out project,more schools should pay attention to it.Swimming courses for the improvement of the physical quality of primary school students is not comparable to other projects,should be more into the classroom,so that students in depth contact.4.Compared with the traditional physical education,swimming lessons have a better role in promoting the psychological development of primary school students.Swimming itself to overcome the fear of the underwater environment,the change of the environment has prompted them to change their metabolism,stimulate the nervous system of the body of people let nervous improve,improve the fatigue condition of the original,in improving the human body function and improve mental state.In the school curriculum,we should improve the students' mental health quality as one of the teaching objectives,so that students can get both physical and psychological improvement.
