Functional fitness training Since the Beijing Olympic Games,as the most advanced Western system of physical fitness system training system,whether it is training ideas or training methods,have been most of our competitive research scholars and training areas of the authority of the coaches recognized.This not only has a certain impact on the traditional physical training of our country,but also makes our country in the field of physical training,from the theoretical system to the actual training methods,methods have been improved and improved.In a large number of first-line domestic team began to use functional physical training,and as China's reserve talent countries hope that the young athletes training team has not been attracted attention,its training methods have been stuck in the original stage.Foreign studies have proved that functional physical training is more appropriate and more integrated in adolescent physical fitness training.In practice,it is one of the incredible teenage training videos we see.Based on the above situation,this study takes the physical training of young athletes as the starting point,and the effect of functional physical training on the physical training of young athletes is taken as the research angle.Taking the traditional physical training as the control,the young basketball players are studied as the test subjects.So as to provide scientific basis for the physical training of Chinese young athletes.In this study,20 women's basketball players in Shandong Province were selected as the experimental subjects by means of expert interview,experimental method,literature data,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The average age was 13.25 years old.In order to improve the physical fitness of the young team of Shandong Basketball Team as the starting point,the functional physical training and the traditional physical training are the footholds for the young basketball players,such as the basic physical quality,the physical fitness quality and the prevention of injury.For a period of12 weeks of physical training system,and finally draw the following conclusions:1.After the experiment,the use of functional physical training group,the special physical quality to enhance the effect is more significant,mainly in the following areas:sensitivity,coordination,lower limb explosive force,action speed,displacement speed,core strength,high strength Heart and lung endurance.2.After the experiment,the use of traditional physical training in the control group,the specific physical quality of the relatively poor performance,but in the absolute strength of the physical strength to enhance the effect is more obvious,mainly in: upperand lower limb absolute muscle strength,Muscle tolerance,lumbar muscle strength.3.After the experiment,from the practical point of view,the level of physical fitness of young athletes to enhance the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.From a theoretical point of view,the experimental group of physical quality growth in full compliance with the proposed juvenile athletes in China have a comprehensive personality of the concept.This shows that functional physical training relative to the traditional sports training in the young basketball players to improve the physical quality to be more appropriate.4.After the experiment,in the functional action screening(FMS)test score.Experimental group of young women's basketball athletes test scores on the average score,the original 13.1 points increased to 16.2 points;and the control group of young women's basketball athletes test scores on the average score also increased from the original 12.9 points to 13.7 points.Through the functional exercise screening(FMS)score fully explained that although the two groups of subjects have improved,but relative to the traditional physical training,functional physical training to improve the physical stability of young athletes,coordination and symmetry and prevention of injury Aspects,the effect is more obvious.5.Through the analysis of the results of two aspects of physical fitness and functional action screening(FMS),it can be found that the two kinds of physical training methods have certain effect on improving the physical quality of young athletes,and their respective advantages are more obvious The In the promotion of sports performance,improve the physical fitness,prevention of injury and other aspects of functional physical training performance is more prominent,and more in line with the law of the development of physical fitness of young people.In the promotion of muscle tolerance,increase the absolute strength of the muscles in the traditional physical training is more advantages.6.In summary,the two physical training methods have their own advantages.Through the experiment we are more certain,relative to the traditional physical training,functional physical training in its training methods,methods are more in line with the age of athletes adolescents,special physical fitness needs;physical fitness training in the establishment of basic mode of action,training,pointing and prevention of injury Aspects are more in line with the development of physical fitness requirements of young people.On the future of young people high-quality training,high-level athletic ability to lay a good foundation.
