Declining in recent years,juvenile physical quality become the focus of the society,therefore caused the country attaches great importance to,each year a number of policy and related documents in order to improve the development of adolescent physical quality,but the parents only pay attention to the child developmental physical education,and schools for the importance of physical education curriculum makes physical education equivalent to entertainment class,and was occupied by other disciplines,in under the influence of traditional education concept,social phenomena of "heavy wisdom light body".In terms of physical education,the lack of scientific theoretical guidance,according to the children's physical and mental development characteristics to set up the specialized,scientific,reasonable and effective training methods and means little,lead to physical decline has not been substantial solve this problem,as a critical period of development of sports activity in children and adolescents,is the basis for the development of adolescent physical quality,attach importance to sports activities by the grab from children become is important.Due to the introduction of functional training in China,it plays a positive role in promoting the physical quality and athletic ability of Chinese athletes,making Chinese athletes achieve excellent athletic performance in competitive sports competitions.The development of functional training in China has greatly promoted the progress of sports in China,and both fitness field and training field have been widely recognized and valued.To sum up,the influence of functional training means on the physical quality of children aged 8-12 years is explored.This paper discusses the theory and practice through the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.In lanzhou city,sports training camp at the beginning of 40 8 to 12 years old children for 14 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment physical quality,speed quality and power quality,sensitive quality,endurance quality,flexible quality)each index(FMS),functional action screening the indicators as well as the experimental group and control group were tested before and after physical quality indicators and functional action screening the indicators for comparison and analysis,and in the last experiment based on the experimental group student to carry on the investigation of subjective feeling of functional training,get the data,using SPSS22.0 for data analysis.Results: After the end of the experiment,the physical fitness of the experimental group and the functional movement pattern screening indicators were higher than the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05),especially in the physical flexibility,compared with the control group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).The physical fitness indexes of the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.05),and the strength quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality and sensitivity quality were significantly different(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,all the other quality indexes after the experiment were significantly different except the flexibility quality(P<0.05).Among the indicators of functional movement mode screening,there were significant differences in the total scores of the over-top squat,hurdle up step,straight-line lunges squat,shoulder flexibility,trunk stability push-ups,rotation stability and functional movement screening compared with the control group(P<0.05).Experimental group compared with the experiment after experiment before functional action screening the indicators show very significant difference(P < 0.01),the control group after the experiment compared to before the trial,in addition to the stability of the trunk push-ups in the show significant difference(P < 0.05),other indexes had no difference,and through the investigation in the experimental group students: 90% of the students like functional training.Research conclusion:1.Functional training has a very significant promoting effect on the improvement of speed quality,strength quality,flexibility quality,agility quality and endurance quality of children aged 8-12,especially in the development of flexibility quality.2.Functional training can improve the standard degree of children's achievement of various motor indicators in functional movement screening.3.Functional training is conducive to improving children's adverse functional movements,correcting children's wrong movements and power generating patterns,reducing sports risks in sports activities,reducing sports injuries,optimizing children's performance ability in sports,and improving the utilization rate and efficiency of muscles in sports.4.Through the study of the functional training of the subjective feeling of experimental group children's survey found that most children like to functional training in sports activities in physical education teaching mode,and functional training to enter the campus has played a positive role in the sports activities,and on how to improve the phase can be drawn lessons from for the children's physical quality theoretical method.
