| Research objective: To study and discuss the correlation between functional motion screening ability and physical fitness test scores of National men’s Basketball League players through two kinds of tests,to analyze the possible correlation between functional motion screening test and physical fitness test scores, and finally to explore the physical training strategies of NBL basketball players and put forward suggestions from the perspective of improving physical fitness test scores of athletes.Research Methods: 23 elite athletes in the National Men’s Basketball League were selected as the research objects, and they were tested by functional movement test(FMS),2 min strength shooting test,60s 100 kg squat test,40s 80 kg bench press test and speed endurance test(17fold).Correlation and regression analysis were conducted on the test results.Results:(1)The average functional motion screening test score of 23 basketball players was 17.21,and 4 of them scored below the threshold of high risk of sports injury(14).(2)Active straight knee lift(r=0.582,p < 0.05)had a significant and positive relationship with specific speed endurance, and regression analysis showed that specific speed endurance performance was affected by active straight knee lift ability33.9%(r2=0.339).(3)Overtop squat test(r=0.977,p < 0.05),hurdle step test(r=0.918,p < 0.05)and trunk stable push-up test(r=0.538,p < 0.05)had significant and positive relationship with 60s100 kg squat. However, the regression analysis showed that there were significant outliers(D=0.632,D > 0.5),and the regression residuals did not obey the normal distribution,so the regression model was invalid.(4)Shoulder flexibility(r=0.508,p < 0.05)and trunk stability push-up test(r=0.679,p < 0.05)were significantly and positively correlated with the 40s80 kg bench press.Regression analysis showed that 46.7% of the 40s80 kg bench press performance was affected by active shoulder flexibility and trunk stability push-ups(r2=0.467).(5)The linear lunge test(r=0.501,p < 0.05),shoulder flexibility test(r=0.451,p <0.05)and rotation stability(r=0.676,p < 0.05)were significantly and positively correlated with 2 min intensity shooting.Regression analysis showed that 52.9% of2 min intensity shooting performance was affected by linear lunge, shoulder flexibility and rotation stability(r2=0.529).Research conclusion:(1)NBL basketball players have excellent range of motion of hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint, flexibility and stability of power chain, and stable control of core muscle group of trunk. However, there are problems such as internal rotation, extension and adduction ability of shoulder joint, flexibility of hamstring and soleus muscle, poor ability to maintain the stability of pelvis and active extension ability of different legs through muscle coordination and power chain transmission ability.Affected by the impact of the tester’s shooting arm on the right side and the dominant power leg on the left side, the symmetry of the athlete’s upper and lower limb power chain is poor.(2)In the four physical tests prescribed by NBL,squat and bench press are generally stable and easy for players to get high scores, but there are many subjective and objective factors affecting the special speed endurance test and strength shooting,so the test results are unstable and difficult to get high scores.Although FMS scores are not a direct indicator of fitness test scores,FMS scores are correlated with fitness test results of some NBL players. This is likely because the functional motion patterns tested in the FMS are similar to the running jump shot patterns included in fitness tests such as squats, bench presses, and specific speed endurance and strength shots. |
