In the young students physical health test "and" national physical training standards,50 m is a junior high school boy sports training of a project,we can use 50 m training to measure the physical qualities of high school boys.50 m running can improve the junior middle school boys leg explosive force,quick speed,and the body's organs of coordination,enhances the student sports ability,so this paper for 50 m research has important theoretical and practical value and significance.Adolescent physical plasticity is very big,because most common junior high school students is not the basis of professional training,using large power load training is not reality,also do not conform to the physiological characteristics of junior high school students.Core strength training as a human body can maintain fixed,grasp the movement of parts of the body's centre of gravity and the onset of the transmission.Due to experiment the limitation of time and effort,we will be the reference to the middle man power quality training,to verify if it can be to improve the men's 50 m in junior high school students grades have twice the result with half the effort,junior high school boys for the future of the study and life good physical basis,at the same time it can be as the source of the reform of PE teaching materials.In this paper,the theoretical basis and characteristics of core strength training,implementation principle and the influence factors of the 50 m running the interpretation.Based on the core strength training theory as the breakthrough point,the design of core strength training means,experiment after a period of time,and then through the relevant index data statistics,according to the statistical data to prove that the core strength training is the men's 50 m scores was statistically significant for high school students.This article through to rizhao campus of shandong institute of physical education middle school 24 junior middle school men's core strength training and 50 m result of study,the following conclusions: first,in the middle school at 24 athletes,divided into the control group,control group,respectively,to the traditional strength training and core strength training,the total time is the same,the experiment before the control performance is higher than the experimental group,however,went to eight weeks of training,the experimental group in the 5 s high leg lifts 30 m sprint,standing long jump,running and 50 m,etc are much higher than that of control group,suggesting that the students are the core strength training effect is ideal,than traditional strength training is superior to the effect of;Second,the core strength training methods varied,easy to cause the children to love sports,combined with the current core strength training theory is increasingly mature,so the core strength training can be appropriate to introduce ordinary junior middle school sports teaching,in the hope in the future the rapid development of junior middle school sports result,injected fresh blood to the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports;Finally,in the actual teaching and practice,the advantages of traditional strength training should be combined and core strength training,and combined with local actual condition of teaching and the characteristics of each student,adjust measures to local conditions,according to their aptitude,only in this way,the core strength training to the junior middle school sports teaching plays a more and more important role.Junior high school boys in rizhao campus core strength training study,50 m result influence for the future strength of training idea is as follows: first,the core strength training need to add some multidimensional action on exercise plan,this will increase the stability and flexibility of the waist,spine and other parts,all kinds of sports which is beneficial to human body.The study of core strength training,now less involved in high level of competitive sports field,research is limited to theoretical research,in general,low reliability research,difficult to apply;Second,we hope that the future can be core strength training into professional training.Core strength training is a traditional physical strength training of injected a new vigor,and the core power training and traditional training methods are each have advantages and disadvantages,we should be both fusion,to calculate its essence and core strength training so as to promote rapid progress,play a more and more important role.Finally,the core strength training effect evaluation method and evaluation standard is less now,not conducive to the development of core strength training,so urgently needed from the theoretical demonstration and practical operation link building core strength training evaluation system,so that the core strength training play a bigger role.
