Objective:Studying the track test and effectiveness evaluation of the core strength training of female students in sport colleges, the author find the characteristics and rules of core strength and explore the influence of stable core strength and unstable core strength. Method:The author picks45twenty-year-old female students from Chengdu Sport University2011grade who have about4-6years physical exercises experiences. They are divided into three groups. Besides normal skill trainings, Group A and Group B have to participate in unstable and stable core strength training for8weeks (3times a week, once an hour). Group C don’t participate any other core strength training. After eight weeks’training, three groups goes back to normal training. The experiment applies Intelligent Core Muscle Therapy System and other equipment to make track tests for five times. It also uses software SPSS16.0to analyze data and make contrasts of the three groups. Result:(1) Stable core strength training can improve isometric strength of core area in the short time;(2)Using the unstable core strength training,the core strength stability decreased most slowly when stop training, and in just stopped training,the isometric muscle strength declined slowest;(3)Unstable core strength training can improve people’s left foot balance ability;(4)Both unstable and stable core strength training can improve the quality of the back Flexibility on some degree,after training the back Flexility declined slowest.Conclusion:(1)In the aspect of reducing the imbalance of core area of the isometric strength,unstable core strength training was slightly better than the stable core strength training and traditional exercise class technical subjects;(2)In the aspect of enhanceing the core area of the isometric strength in a short time,the stable core strength training slightly was better than the unstable core strength training and traditional exercise class technical subjects; Suggestion:College students should strengthen the core area of strength training, especially the unstable core strength training, which can help to improve the sports college female students’ basic physical quality, and reduce the incidence of sports injuries.
