As a new concept of healthy fitness,people have gradually paid attention to the ability to accurately and comprehensively evaluate individual functional levels and physical conditions.In recent years,the physical health of young students in China is not optimistic.Therefore,it is urgent to find a more scientific and effective physical training method for middle school students.This article attempts to introduce core strength training in junior high school physical education classes,and study its effects on body composition index,cardiopulmonary endurance index,flexibility index,muscle strength and muscle endurance index in junior high school students' fitness.Evaluate the effect of core strength training,and provide a scientific basis for the application of core strength training in improving the physical fitness of junior high school students and the practice of middle school physical education and training.This research adopts research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,etc.The research object is the influence of core strength training on junior high school students' fitness.Two classes were selected from the eighth and second grades of Guangzhou No.89 Middle School as experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental classes and control classes.There are 46 students in the experimental class(24 boys and 22 girls)and 46 students in the control class(24 boys and 22 girls).Before the experiment,the indicators of the healthy fitness of the two class students were tested and statistically analyzed to ensure that there was no significant difference in the healthy fitness of the students before the experiment.Through a 12-week teaching experiment,the difference between the healthy fitness level of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment was statistically analyzed.The experimental results are as follows:1.Body composition: There were no significant differences in height,weight,BMI index,and skin fold thickness of the upper arm between the male and female experimental classes before and after the experiment(P> 0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the thickness of the abdominal skin fold(P <0.01);There were no significant differences in body composition parameters before and after the class experiment(P> 0.05).Compared with the control class,the experimental class had significant differences only in the thickness of the abdominal skin folds of girls(P <0.05).2.Cardiopulmonary endurance: For boys 1000 m run,girl 800 m run and vital capacity index,there are significant differences between the experimental classes before and after the experiment(P <0.05).Sexual difference.3.Muscle strength and endurance: The pull-ups of boys in the experimental class before and after the experiment had significant differences(P <0.05),and there was a very significant difference in standing long jumps(P <0.01).The girls in the experimental class had 1-minute sit-ups and standing long jumps.All of them had very significant differences(P <0.01);there was no significant difference in the indicators of standing long jump among girls before and after the control class experiment,and there was no significant difference in other indicators(P> 0.05).After the experiment,the muscle strength and muscle endurance of the experimental class were significantly better than the control class,with significant differences(P<0.05).4.Flexibility: Before and after the experiment,there was a significant increase in the forward flexion of the male and female sitting positions(P <0.05);there was no significant difference in the forward flexion of the male and female sitting positions before and after the experiment(P> 0.05);after the experiment Compared with the control class,there were significant differences(P <0.05).The conclusions are as follows:1.Core strength training has no obvious effect on improving the body composition of junior high school students,and it only has statistical significance on the thickness of abdominal skin folds.2.Core strength training is similar to conventional strength in improving the cardiopulmonary endurance of junior high school students.To improve the cardiopulmonary endurance of junior high school students,it needs to be combined with aerobic training.3.Core strength training has a significant effect on improving muscle strength and muscle endurance of junior high school students,and can improve their physical activity ability to a certain extent.Because of its various training contents,it can effectively motivate students to train.4.Core strength training has a good promotion effect on the flexibility of junior high school boys and girls,and can reduce the risk of sports injuries to a certain extent.
