The adolescent period is a critical period for the development of physical and mental health.We should pay more attention in the development of their health related physical fitness.To a certain extent,core strength training and aerobic training can enhance muscle strength of the junior high school students and improve cardie-pulmonary function and body composition.Therefore,author takes some junior high school students as research subjects,and conducts a-12-week training about core strength training combined with aerobic training.According to researches and analysis,comparing the change of body composition of junior high school students and analyzing the effects of core strength training combined with aerobic training in health related physical fitness.By the literature consultation,test method,experimental method,mathematical statistics.This study selected two classes of Keqiang School in Jiangyan District as experimental subjects,which were divided into control group and experimental group.Firstly,testing related indicators before and after the experiment,then,counting and analyzing the test data by t-test.This study lasted for 12 weeks from October 2019 to January 2020,3 times a week.The control group took traditional physical education and the experimental group added core strength training and aerobic training.The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the effect on health-related physical fitness of junior high school students when core strength training and aerobic training were carried out in physical education through the experimental data.Research conclusion:(1)core strength training combined with aerobic training is more obvious than traditional physical training in the Improvement of cardiovascular fitness.(2)Two training methods can both increase muscle strength of junior high school students.Because of the difference in gender,boys is higher than girls.And in traditional physical education,boys'grip improves higher than core strength training combined with aerobic training significantly.(3)Two training methods both improve push-ups for boys,and girls improved obviously through Core strength training combined with aerobic training.The effect of core strength training combined with aerobic training is more obvious than traditional physical training on muscle endurance.(4)It is not obvious that improving the flexibility by core strength training combined with aerobic training and traditional physical training,but Sit And Reach index decrease for girls in traditional physical training obviously.(5)To boys,there is negative growth in weight by core strength training combined with aerobic training but the others put on weight obviously while developing muscle strength.It shows that core strength training combined with aerobic training and traditional physical training can both change body composition.Suggestion:(1)Core strength training combined with aerobic-training can improve muscle endurance and flexibility.Therefore,it can be considered that adding Core strength training combined with aerobic training to the traditional physical education purposefully.It will improve their health related physical fitness and promote healthy growth of junior high school students,so that they can invest more energy in their studies.(2)Schools should optimize the physical curriculum and add more equipment to diversify teaching method to improve study interest and students can keep exercising to improve their health related physical fitness.(3)Improve the teaching content and develop students' health related physical fitness comprehensively.Both intervention methods have no obvious improvement on flexibility,so we should focus on training flexibility in the future.
