According to the research,the truancy rate of the basic courses of college students in China is 20%,while the rate of truancy in public courses is more than 50%,and the students who have never skipped class in college are almost zero.It is worth for us to think about why some students get tired of learning.Based on the study of undergraduate students in Shanxi province,this study investigates their learning condition.So as to understand their learning burnout level status,and then analyzing the causes of learning burnout to them.The relevant analysis was carried out on the important influence factors of learning burnout,in order to form a new Angle to improve the status of the college students' learning burnout.And this paper research is proposed to solve the following problems:1.In order to improve the quality of teaching and improve the student satisfaction,various universities introduce the highly educated academic talents,constantly improve the hardware teaching equipment,and repair the environment of campus and students.However,there are lots of students on campus suffer from learning burnout.What's the reason for this phenomenon? 2.The reasons for learning burnout among college students are various.Through empirical research,these factors are quantified,and their causes are analyzed in depth.3.How to stimulate students' learning motivation and increase their learning self-efficacy is the key to this research.So that the college students' learning burnout can be reduced and their learning efficiency can be improved.In this study,300 questionnaires were sent out and 271 effective questionnaires were taken back.Then SPSS21.0 software was used to carry on the empirical analysis.Finally,the results are as follows: firstly,college students' learning motivation and learning burnout is a negative correlation,namely,the college students' learning motivation is stronger,and the learning burnout is weaker.And the college students' learning motivation is weaker,and their learning burnout is stronger.Secondly,college students' learning motivation and learning self-efficacy is positively related to,namely,the stronger the motivation,learning self-efficacy is higher,and vice learning motivation,the more weak,learning self-efficacy is lower.Thirdly,college students' learning self-efficacy and learning burnout is a negative correlation,namely the more college students' learning self-efficacy,the learning burnout is weaker,whereas college students' learning self-efficacy is weak,the stronger their learning burnout is.Fourth,learning self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in learning motivation and learning burnout.The results enrich the learning burnout,learning motivation and learning self-efficacy intension and extension of the three variables,as well as broadening the research field of the learning burnout.They can provide certain reference for future researchers.At the same time,on the basis of empirical analysis,the author,teachers and college students themselves from the three aspects put forward respectively stimulate students' learning motivation,learning self-efficacy in learning burnout suggestion,finally,the author expounds the weakness of this study and prospect for further research.
