In this paper, by using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other 6 middle school in Shenzhen ping mountain "sunshine sports" implementation status of the investigation and analysis,summed up the experience and the existing problems, and based on this put forward rational Suggestions, in order to promote the sunlight sports in plateau mountainous area high school good implementation. Research conclusions are as follows:(1) the school leaders are attaches great importance to the sunlight sports, physical education teachers to understand related policies and more support, students also have better cognitive levels, like high degree of sunshine sports movement; In sunshine sport mainly sports teacher's propaganda, also played a great role in the campus media; (2) the big recess activity content is relatively single, give priority to with collective running and broadcast gymnastics, extracurricular sports competition is given priority to with easy organization tug-of-war, rope skipping classes; (3) the physical existence of occupied,inadequate protection of the student movement time; (4) every year to perform the entire school student's physique health test work, but to carry out the defects exist in the process,lack of rigour, data authenticity; (5) the school to carry out the sunlight sports material resources and human resources are relatively abundant. Organizational leadership needs to improve mechanism and incentive mechanism.In order to better promote the development of Shenzhen ping mountain area middle school sunlight sports, put forward the following Suggestions:(1) continue to enhance the publicity of sunshine sports movement, blend in family and other social forces come in; (2) abundant sunshine sports content and form of organization, each school characteristics according to the university to carry out various forms of sports, the sunlight sports and modern sports of Chinese traditional sports, new effective combination; (3) will be the combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities and reasonable, to ensure that students take exercise an hour every day; (4) to continue to "national students physical health standard" work with sunshine sports, improving school leadership, the entire school teachers and students the importance of this work, to ensure that the work efficiency; (5) the reasonable distribution of space equipment, give full play to each site, the function of each equipment, improve the efficiency of the use of the space equipment, causes the student to better participate in physical exercise; Strictly carry out supervision and evaluation mechanism, education departments to actively implement the "sunshine sports work evaluation rules, school internal to the selection of sunshine sports advanced collectives and advanced individuals. |
