On The Local Policies For Promoting The Employment Of College Students In Heyuan City

Employment is the basis of people's livelihood, related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, but also related to the stability and prosperity of the country.College students are an important group in the army, they are of high quality, vigor and potential. It is not only the problem of realizing their own value, but also the important content of building a harmonious society. As the maintenance and Realization of social public interests, the government should pay more attention to the employment problem of College students. According to the Heyuan municipal government to promote college students' employment policy as an example, to college students' employment policy and implementation effect analysis as the breakthrough point, analyzes the Heyuan college students employment policy and implementation status, achievements and problems, on the basis of the experience of domestic and foreign local government promoting employment experience of students, proposed to further improve the local government to promote college students' employment policy suggestions, hoping to provide policy advice to the local government.In this paper, using the methods of literature research, case study, college students in Heyuan city employment policy as the research object, through mining and analysis of the current Heyuan city to promote the implementation of the effect of College Students'employment policy and the existing problems, to provide advice and reference for the improvement of employment policy. The study found that Heyuan has achieved fruitful results in the implementation of College Students' employment policy. But there are also the following problems: the employment service policy is flawed, the talent incentive policy is not perfect, the employment market regulation policy is not perfect and the employment security policy is inadequate. The reasons for these problems are various,specific view, mainly reflected in: the lack of employment policy support necessary,absent of employment policy, employment policy and employment policy is offside phenomenon exists dislocation phenomenon. Through the analysis of the above problems and causes, finally from the perfect employment service policy of college students,improve the incentive and management system, improve the employment market regulatory policy, to improve college students' employment security policy four macroscopic dimensions and some specific operational level, put forward to improve college students' employment in Heyuan city policy response.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of the research object and conclusion.
