College graduates receive systematic training of higher education and can play an important role in economic development and social progress.Their choice of employment city has an important impact on the development of local economy and society.This paper starts from the hot social phenomenon of the introduction of talent policy by local government to college graduates,and explores the influence of talent introduction policy on the employment of college graduates in cities.Based on the 550 college graduates as the sample,the specific analysis on its talent policy choice of different types of urban employment effect,clear policy dimensions,with significant influence in rich of relevant research results at the same time,help to improve the policy of local government,provide theoretical guidance for the introduction of more college graduates,can also help place the optimal allocation of human resources.First of all,this paper,on the basis of sorting out the talent policies of local governments and related literature achievements,combines the hierarchy of needs theory,push and pull theory and expectation theory to clarify the theoretical basis of the impact of talent policies on the employment of college graduates in cities.Secondly,the questionnaire scale of this study was designed according to the talent policy documents that have been issued in various regions and with reference to relevant literature.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire scale were tested through pre-survey and the questionnaire was improved.Thirdly,a formal survey was conducted,and SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the data results of the formal survey,so as to conduct an in-depth study on the specific impact of talent policy and talent policy dimension on college graduates' employment city choice.Finally,the article gives some relevant suggestions from four ways:strengthening the pertinence and preferential intensity of the talent policy,strengthening the publicity of the talent policy,promoting the effective implementation of the talent policy,and building a good development platform.The main findings of the paper are as follows: under the control of individual characteristic variables,compared with the choice of county or town for employment,the policy dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship guarantee and the policy dimension of career development guarantee have a significant impact on college graduates' choice of municipal cities and provincial capitals for employment.In addition,the policy dimension of achievement guarantee has a significant impact on college graduates' choice of employment in municipalities directly under the central government.However,the policy dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship,the policy dimension of achievement guarantee,the policy dimension of material life guarantee and the policy dimension of career development guarantee have no significant influence on the employment of college graduates in non-provincial cities.
