The Local Government Promotes The Research On The Employment Policy Of Vocational College Graduates

Promoting the employment of vocational college graduates is an important work of local government,which is of great significance to the local economic development and social long-term stability.In the process of promoting the employment of vocational college graduates,the main work of local government is to develop and implement relevant policies to promote employment.In recent years,the local government of Yancheng has issued a large number of policies to promote employment.Most of these policies have been implemented,but how effective are they,what are the problems in the implementation process and why?This study takes Yancheng Municipal Government's employment promotion policy for vocational college graduates as the object,through the summary of domestic and foreign policies and measures to promote the employment of vocational college graduates,based on the theory of public policy evaluation,human capital,supply and demand,summarizes the employment promotion policies of vocational college graduates issued by Yancheng Municipal Government in recent years,and comprehensively uses the paper By means of search,interview,questionnaire and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the implementation of the policy,analyzes the effect and problems in the implementation process after the implementation of the policy,and draws on the excellent experience at home and abroad,puts forward policy suggestions,so as to provide reference for the local government to optimize the employment promotion policy of vocational college graduates.According to this study,the employment promotion policies of vocational college graduates in Yancheng City can be divided into supply promotion policies,demand promotion policies and market matching promotion policies.The core of employment supply promotion policy is to develop vocational education system,encourage employment guidance and education training to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates;the core of employment demand promotion policy is to encourage multi-channel employment,create employment opportunities,provide employment and entrepreneurship subsidies;the core of employment market matching policy is to ensure the smooth employment information of graduates and employers,so as to promote the employment competitiveness of graduates Enter the labor market and operate efficiently.It is found that these three policies play an important role in promoting the employment of vocational college graduates.The school can provide more perfect employment guidance and training.Many local employers get policy subsidies to retain and increase employment as much as possible.Graduates can also get matching employment information through various ways.However,there are still many problems in the process of policy implementation,such as weak policy publicity,unreasonable employment promotion policies such as promoting the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,etc.,the policy of special employment projects is not inclined to the grass-roots level,the entrepreneurial policy is not rich enough,and the continuity of policy-making needs to be improved.In view of these problems,this study puts forward somesuggestions to optimize the local government's employment policies for vocational college graduates from three aspects: supply promotion policy,demand promotion policy and market matching promotion policy.
