The current politics and affairs education in high school political course follow the people-oriented concept and meets the requirements of the times. The combination of ideological and political education and current politics education in high school is conducive to mobilizing students' enthusiasm for learning, improving students'ideological understanding, enhancing the teaching effect of ideological and political lesson in high school, fulfilling the task of ideological and political education and promoting the comprehensive development of students. In the high school political course, the current politics and affairs education became the focus of education workers.Under the guidance of the theory of science education, this paper discusses the problem in education, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which can be reference for the education. This paper combines six sections:Section one defines the connotation of current politics and affairs education,summarizes its characteristics, namely: the timeliness and intuition of content,the diversity and openness of the way, the creativity and artistry of the process.Section two expounds the necessity and feasibility of the current politics and affairs education, and analyzes the basis and possibility of the implementation of it.Section three describes the basic situation of the politics and affairs education in senior high school, reveal the problems and causes. The problems are: the lack of security of the development of current politics education, the improper operation of teachers in the teaching process, the student's subjectivity has not been fully exploited,there are utilitarian tendencies in the evaluation mode; the cause of the problem is: lack of knowledge about the current politics education, the lack of teaching ability of teachers,the lack of student's subject status, and the impact of the examination-oriented education system.Section four proposes the counter measures. It mainly includes strengthening the normative nature of the current affairs education,improving the teaching ability of the teachers, improving the students' subjective position, constructing reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism, and bringing together the high school political education.
