With the rapid development and wide application of digital information, the modem society has required that people should have higher comprehensive quality and innovation ability. As a kind of ability to adapt to digital and information learning ,digital learning is a research aspect which is paid close attention by the domestic and foreign contemporary educators.To explore how to cultivate the digital learning ability of junior middle school students, the paper analyze the research status of digital learning ability of junior high school student, in order to crystallize junior high school students' ability of digital learning, after contrasting to other learning mode, I choose the project based on learning mode as foundation of experimental study. In the teaching of information technology course in junior high school, the teaching design and experiment of the project based learning are carried out. In order to measure students' digital learning ability, according to the domestic and foreign existing diagram design and adaptation, I accomplished the diagram of measuring students' digital learning ability. Experimental classes and control classes of students were measured both before and after experiment, and the data were analyzed too. At the end of this paper, through the analysis of the experimental process, I sums up the teaching strategies and suggestions of developing project to cultivate digital learning in junior high school information technology courses.In this paper, relying on the junior high school information technology courses to carry out experiments, mainly from the following parts of the:The first part is the introduction. Through the analysis of the literature, the research background, the research significance, the content, method and process of this research of the digital learning ability are expounded. The second part is the summary of the research.It is mainly on project learning mode and the digital learning ability. In this paper, form the definition of the concept, the status of domestic and foreign research and theoretical basis, I illustrated the two part of the description to provide theoretical support for the follow-up study. The third part is the preparation and measurement of junior high school students' learning ability measurement tools. In this paper, the measurement tool is accomplished in the analysis of the literature and similarity scale and the characteristics of the junior high school students. After the completion of the tool, the reliability and validity analysis was carried out to ensure that it can be used as an experimental tool in the next teaching experiment. The fourth part is based on the project learning model of the digital learning ability of students in the experimental study, and validated whether the project can improve the junior students' digital learning ability or not. This paper mainly uses the method of quasi real research and questionnaire survey. Finally, through the analysis of the data, it is proved that the project based learning can promote the students' digital learning ability. The fifth part is based on the practical experience in the experiment, the influence factors of digital learning ability development of middle school students is summarized in this paper. For these factors. I put forward suggestions to carry out teaching strategies of project to cultivate students' ability of digital learning in information technology courses in junior high school.
