Rapid development in the information age education put forward new requirements for talents. Under the background of information high school information technology courses also arises at the historic moment. It is in the purpose of training students' at information literacy. It aims to promote the students' practical ability and operation ability. As a technical course, it especially attaches great importance to the ability to design. And its guidance for other disciplines is obvious to all. Therefore information technology is important student must master general technology. It also makes clear rules for students to reach the goal. Students have to keep pace with The Times way of thinking, have deep understanding and evaluation of information technology. This requires actually need to shoulder the students to master good information technology literacy.In this paper, students in junior middle school information technology in the learning process can do active learning and personalized learning. This paper is also a more in-depth discussion and practice. Through information technology to arouse the enthusiasm of the students to make the students seeking knowledge desires. According to the study level of self in the corresponding software, students select the appropriate learning methods and self-test questions. So it can form a targeted personalized teaching and learning. It is convenient for students to have learning management.This paper mainly divides into six parts:The first part: summarizing the junior middle school information technology background all around the world, researching under the information technology teaching present situation and problems;The second part: this paper is based on the theory , self-regulated learning theory,and humanistic theory;The third part: to explore the self-regulated learning model in the junior high school information technology;The forth part: studying the self-regulated learning model to construct the learning support environment;The fifth part: it is applied to the construction of the information technology and support self-regulated learning teaching practice;The sixth part: summary this paper and looking to the future.
