| Along with the economic globalization and the knowledge information, "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",Undoubtedly,It has become one of the hottest topics in the current campus. However, The graduates know little about the entrepreneurship policy when they leave college and enter their workspace. As it is difficult to combine theoretical knowledge with practice, many problems such as lack of courage and experience also make our college graduates feel confused. Which lead to our college students’ entrepreneurial success generally low.Based on long-term participation in college students entrepreneurship practice guidance, The author has conducted some research on the application of E-learning on students’ entrepreneurial counseling for a long time,and it seems that the Blended-learning which combine "On-line learning"and "Face to face learning" can help the college students solve the difficulties and puzzles in their entrepreneurial learning process in any time and any place. Which has shown a great application potential.After graduated from college, the author has become an entrepreneurship college teacher, and has worked on college entrepreneurial education for many years. After reading a lot of literatures about entrepreneurship, management and modem educational technology .According to the actual entrepreneurial environment, the author has carried out interviews about the conditions of college students entrepreneurship in the form of questionnaire, After analyzing the current difficulties faced by college students, the author has summarized these problems and designed the preliminary teaching plan. Then,he put forward "the four dimensional teaching module system theoretical model",which is called Blended-Learning, included "Face to face learning","Webquest team collaboration learning","Outside E-learning",and "Extracurricular practice teaching".The author used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to validate and analyze the proposed conceptual model. Finally the conclusions are as follows:(1) The traditional Face to Face teaching has significant positive correlation effect on college students’ career ability.(2) The Webquest team collaboration learning which includes group discussions,workshops, scenario simulation has significant positive correlation effect on college students’ career ability.(3)The Outside E-learning which includes Moodle platform, entrepreneurial project site, WeChat, entrepreneurship BBS, QQ, E-mail has significant positive correlation effect on college students’ career ability.(4) The Extracurricular practice teaching which includes startup hub business incubator, entrepreneurship competition, colleges and universities has significant positive correlation effect on college students’ career ability.(5) The comprehensive use of four teaching method (Blended learning )has a better effect than any single business teaching module.Finally, on the basis of the above conclusions, The author puts forward constructive suggestions on the construction of college students’ entrepreneurship curriculum and teaching methods. |
