The pursuit of health, for everyone, every family is eternal. The level of population health level can reflect the development of a country and a nation, but also an important factor influencing the policy of social security and social insurance service. The temporal and spatial law of population health change was the scientific design of health system, reasonable One of the basic tasks of configuring medical resources. In this paper,we used the life expectancy model of "four general","five general" and "six general" in our country as the sample.By constructing the spatial correlation model and the convergence test model, this paper took 31 provinces in China as the research object,Temporal and spatial variation characteristics.Using the panel regression method to analyze the influencing factors of the temporal and spatial characteristics of population health distribution in China, and then summed up the measures to improve the population health level in our country.Firstly, however,at the inter-provincial level, there was a significant difference in the average life expectancy of the population.During the study period, the spatial gradients of the "higher east, middle and west" were obvious Differences.Using the Gini coefficient sub-group decomposition method,it showed that the overall health level of our country had a certain gap,but it still undergo a more obvious reduction process.Eastern, central and western three areas of average life expectancy gap was mainly responsible for the overall life expectancy gap of our country.Secondly, the spatial distribution of health levels in 31 provinces was not random, but rather showed a certain spatial agglomeration. In other words, from the geographical point of view, high health levels, the surrounding areas of the health level was relatively high distribution, and low health levels, the surrounding areas of the corresponding low level of health, this gathering trend with time changes were weakened. On the basis of agglomeration, through the convergence model,it can be found that the average life expectancy value of different provinces was obviously convergent, and the convergence rate decreases with time.Thirdly, the regional economic development level, the social development situation, the natural environment, the pollution prevention and control situation, the medical level index variable had a positive effect on the life expectancy of the population.Per capita GDP,population urbanization rate, forest coverage rate, wastewater treatment compliance rate and the number of per million beds and other indicators of the higher life expectancy was relatively high.Engel coefficient panel regression value is negative, indicating that in our society, the residents in the food consumption of the greater proportion of expenditure, the residents of the overall living conditions worse, with the corresponding lower level of health.Fourth,in order to improve the health status of our population more effectively,to enhance the life expectancy of the population,to reduce the gap between the expected life expectancy of the population in the region,in the high life expectancy, low concentration area should take different response measures. From the economic, environmental, medical, social security and other aspects,to promote the overall improvement in life expectancy.Vigorously develop the national economy, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, regional disparities, expand medical supplies, coordinate the allocation of medical resources, improve people's living environment. At the same time, the treatment of population aging should also be a corresponding solution to deal with the future of the growing population of aging.
