Research On The Current Situation Of Psychological Counseling Service In Colleges And Universities

As college students’ mental health problems appear constantly,people’s attention to college psychological counseling also gradually rises.College psychological counseling service,as an important part of college psychological health education,plays a very important role in the college students’ mental health education.Through literature analysis,this paper conducts a comprehensive arrangement of the current situation of college psychological counseling in the following five aspects:construction conditions of the college counseling agencies,college counseling publicity,construction constructions of college counseling teachers,service conditions of college obstacle and developmental counseling,service conditions of college network counseling.It takes the counseling center of X university in Xi’an as the case of analysis.It is found that although in recent years,the college counseling service work has been working rapidly under the support of national policy,yet there are also many problems,such as the insufficient publicity of college counseling service,insufficient number of working staffs of college counseling service and their lack of professional skills,the college’s emphasis on obstacle counseling service and neglect of developmental counseling service,insufficient attention paid to collect network counseling service.Through the in-depth analysis of the problems and their causes of the above five aspects,this paper proposes related solutions and suggestions in six aspects:setup construction of college counseling center,publicity of college counseling service,professional staff team construction of college counseling service,early warning and intervention mechanism of psychological crisis and developmental counseling service,college network counseling service construction,so as to make the college counseling service develop in a more scientific and healthier way.
