Along with the rapid development of urbanization and worsen the effects of an ageing population,a significant change in family structure in rural areas,to highlight the problem of rural old people who live alone group.Rural old people who live alone because of its special way of living need to bear pressure from life in China,the identity of the special features makes them once fall into the predicament of the emotional need,it's very difficult to extricate themselves,they face a widow in the loneliness,the body of physiological characteristics of the aging and life state,children's absence superposition of these three factors often leads to some old people who live alone in a negative depravity,pessimistic for parting.The society should pay more attention and support to the mental health problem of the vulnerable group.This article takes the rural old people who live alone as the research object,in order to psychological health problems of the rural old people who live alone as the breakthrough point of the research,from the perspective of social work,case using the method of literature and questionnaire survey,research on psychological problems of the rural old people who live alone applying psychological counseling and find solution oriented intervention treatment effect.This study around the questionnaire survey of rural community elderly and the mental health status of old people who live alone,solitary old man examples,case service plan,and the implementation process of three stages of service case service after the end of the evaluation of several aspects to discuss.The research shows that the psychological health of the elderly living alone can be improved and improved by the psychological counseling and the implementation of the homing therapy.The conclusions of this study are mainly: first,the psychological problems of the case working methods involved in rural solitary elderly have their unique advantages;Second,social workers should have psychological counseling skills;Thirdly,it is effective to use path-seeking therapy to interfere with the psychological problems of elderly people living alone.
