| Agricultural postgraduates as elite talents of mastering agricultural professional knowledge and skills,they should become the backbone to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Jobs for agricultural postgraduates in the countryside have a very important and far-reaching significance on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" as well as personal and social development.This study hopes to effectively ensure the healthy growth of agricultural postgraduates,and ensure that after graduation they can learn the strengths,learn to use and be determined to serve the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to achieve their full employment,and boost the "three rural" development through the transformation of the social industry cognition,the policy support for the government and the improvement of the employing mechanism of the units.Agricultural postgraduates mainly refers to academic and professional graduate students and doctoral students who are specialized in agricultural science category in the central departments and local full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning(mainly agricultural institutions).This article is mainly for postgraduates.The meaning of agricultural postgraduates’ localism can be interpreted as agricultural postgraduates’ love for the countryside,it is the intention and the source of power of rooting and finding jobs in rural areas.Agricultural postgraduates who want to build their hometown and serve the local can not only provide human resources services for the home,directly work in the home employment or business to build their hometown,but also they can provide technical services,financial assistance and intellectual support for their hometown.Nowadays,agricultural postgraduates generally lack of localism.Under the premise of clarifying the theoretical basis,this paper starts from explaining the concept of agricultural postgraduates’ localism and expounds the importance of cultivating agricultural postgraduates’ localism.Later,the individual interviews and random questionnaires were carried out on the agricultural postgraduates of Jiangxi Agricultural University and the interviews were carried out on the relevant employers in Jiangxi Province.The main data needed for the study were collected from the random questionnaires which were carried out mainly on the agricultural postgraduates in five agricultural universities such as Jiangxi Agricultural University,Nanjing Agricultural University,China Agricultural University,South China Agricultural University and Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College.The data of the original data were recorded and processed by Excel software.After the input and processing,the data were analyzed by descriptive,correlation and cross-analysis by Excel and SPSS19.0 software.Based on the analysis,the paper analyzes five points of the present situation of localism,in the premise of which,the paper analyzes eight factors influencing the agricultural postgraduates’ localism,and puts forward eight measures to cultivate the agricultural postgraduates’ localism in accordance with the factors,in order to encourage agricultural postgraduates to go to agricultural employment or entrepreneurship,do service or construction for his hometown,and ultimately to promote the development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and provide realistic reference for the employment of agricultural postgraduates. |
