Minister of Education,Chen Baosheng pointed out that there are some problems in secondary vocational schools at present.First of all,teachers always pay attention to theoretical teaching and contempt to cultivate practical ability in the process of teaching.Secondly,teaching separates from practice,which means the knowledge get in classroom can not be used skillfully in practice.Last but not least,teachers often teach antiquated knowledge and technology in classroom.Secondary vocational students are an important group of young students.Thus,paying attention to the effectiveness of ideological and political education of secondary vocational school students can improve the educational quality of secondary vocational schools and contribute to fostering high-quality successors for the community.The paper is based on reception theory and empirical study of the secondary vocational school students and teachers in Wuxi J School.According to the analysis of investigation questionnaires in Wuxi J school and teaching practice,the overall situation of the ideological and political education is optimistic.Some problems still exist,such as the passive reception of the education objects,the weak education atmosphere and education content far from practice.From angels of the students,the educator,the education targets and the education methods,I analyze the reason of these problems.Therefore,it is proposed to build a good ideological and political education reception system,to reform the content and method of the course and to set up the effective evaluation system.The main points of view of this paper are as follows: Firstly,raising the subject's subjective status can contributes to transform students from passive to active,to improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational students' subjectivity in ideological and political education.Secondly,with the guidance of reception theory and through three reception rules,we can enrich the teaching methods and improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational students' ideological and political education methods.Thirdly,the evaluation and feedback of ideological and political education of vocational students can establish a complete effective evaluation system,which helps us to diagnose the crux of the problem and make the reception activities more targeted and effective.The study does not only put forward corresponding methods concerning the effectiveness of the factors in ideological and political education such as education targets,methods,content and atmosphere,but it also build a complete effectiveness evaluation system.Through the effectiveness evaluation index,we can have an overall evaluation of the vocational students' ideological and political education.The adoption of combination of identification and quantification makes the evaluation process and results scientific,and it is also the innovative point of this paper.
