Lesson with heterogeneous as to promote teachers' professional development is an effective way of teaching and researching activities,increasingly brought to the attention of the teachers,the lesson with heterogeneous provides teachers with effective and convenient communication platform,this study according to the school on the basis of the heterogeneous with class teaching and researching activities are carried out,and to evaluate the teachers two class,mainly from the teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching effect three dimensions,using the data statistical analysis,a preliminary understanding of the related factors affecting the teaching effect,according to the analysis found that the guidance and regulation of student activity,student activities,these three factors of teachers' quality is 3 d significantly influenced the teaching goal to achieve.Through access to information,to interview a variety of ways,such as school teachers in this study,the heterogeneous heterogeneous class basis and class principle,lesson with heterogeneous study should be followed the basis,the research status of the lesson with heterogeneous made relatively shallow interpretation.In the different types of heterogeneous class with class contrast,after careful study,the same lesson of heterogeneous prone to error,made a analysis with heterogeneous teaching reflection.With heterogeneous class is very good to improve junior high school chemistry teacher teaching communication method,activities effectively,and can optimize the teachers evaluation mechanism,improve teachers' teaching ability,stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the teachers.
