IntroductionLearning engagement, is the study subject in the process of learning task, the presents a lasting, passionate and active state. Its main characteristics of energy, dedication and focus respectively. Reflects the positive side of students learning psychology. There is a positive relation between learning and academic achievement. So by the internal mechanism of learning into further into has the vital significance to improve students’ learning.Achievement goal role model that different achievement goal can make a difference in behavior, influence learning behavior, and studies have shown that achievement goal orientation of the three dimensions are for have a significant role in learning. And achievement motivation in a certain extent affect the perceived stress, when the individual experience of high pressure, learning investment will bring negative effect to its, and psychological alignment has been confirmed that often plays a mediating role in the stress response.So this study is to through the empirical research to explore the achievement goal orientation, perceived stress, psychological alignment to study the mechanism of action of input and the influence of the internal, to help students cultivate good achievement goal, improve the level of psychological alignment and learning to provide theoretical support.Methodsthis study is to through the empirical research to explore the achievement goal orientation, perceived stress, psychological alignment to study the mechanism of action of input and the influence of the internal, to help students cultivate good achievement goal, improve the level of psychological alignment and learning to provide theoretical support. Adopt the method of integral sampling, extraction of taiyuan city priority high school class 6, grade a (three key class 181, three key class 174) total of 361 people, a questionnaire 361, recycling effective questionnaire 355 copies. Used questionnaire including "achievement goal orientation scale", "perceived stress scale (CPSS)", "psychological scale (SOC-13),", "learning in scale (UWES-S)". Through descriptive inspection, independent sample,t-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM).Results&Conclisions(1) high school students achievement goal orientation, perceived stress, learning into significant differences in the class. Major work class mastery avoid goal orientation, psychological alignment and learning into scores were significantly higher than that of the major work class, out of control are the major work class score is significantly higher than the major work class;(2) high school students achievement goal orientation and learning into significant differences on the students. Nonresident students in mastery avoid goal orientation and learning into score is significantly higher than local students;(3) high school students achievement goal orientation, perceived stress, psychological alignment and learning into two related between the two variables significantly;(4) high school students to master the approach goal orientation was significantly positively predict learning into, performance avoidance goal orientation was significantly negative predict learning investment;(5) the perceived stress, psychological alignment in approaching the goal orientation of study into the influence of the plays a dual role of mediation;(6) perceived stress, psychological alignment in achievement avoidance goal orientation on learning into the influence of double mediation role plays.
