The Application Of Flipped Classroom In Enterprise Training

In recent years,the rise of the flipped classroom caused the attention of domestic scholars.Flip through the knowledge of classroom teaching and learning processes within the knowledge of both the reverse arrangement,change the roles of students and instructors in the traditional class,give full play to the students’ learning initiative;provide more chance for learners to think and learn deeper with the help of instructors.Flipped classroom started from school education.And the research of flipped classroom in school is like the star in the sky.However,the development of mobile network,and the opinion of “life-long learning” spreading,the learning of on-job adults has attracted increasing attention.There is an agreement in commercial world that in the 21 th century,who can attract the key talent in the industry,he will win.From a company’s perspective,what employees learn contributes to the development of intangible assets such as human capital.And the training practices have helped them grow the business and improve customer service by providing employees with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.So,how to improve the efficiency of training and how to help employees to transfer their knowledge and skills into productivity are the common questions faced with all the practitioners.In this paper,I do an action research about flipped training in the company which I work for as an HR intern.In this study,I make a literature review of flipped classroom,definite “flipped classroom”,explore the intension,nature and instructional models of flipped classroom.Based on the literature review,I take the Train the Trainer course in A company as an example,make an instructional design scheme,do 3 rounds of action research,collect data through questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of data,I find the problems,and improve the instructional design.In conclusion,I summarize the outcomes of my study as well as the shortcomings.I hope this paper cloud provide reference for those who would practice flipped training.
