With the rapid development of information technology, we have entered the "Internet +" era. So we need to own a solid theoretical foundation, meanwhile to improve their practical ability. “National education reform and development of long-term planning programs from2010 to 2020” clearly proposed to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,therefore, it is urgent to reform the teaching of skill training courses. Under the support and promotion of information technology, Flipped Classroom which from the United States, has been concerned by many educational researchers and has been applied to the practice by more and more teachers in the world. With the wide spread of the flipped classroom teaching mode,a new way to solve the teaching quality of the college skill training course is produced. But through the research, it is found that when the practitioner applies the flipped classroom teaching mode to the practical teaching, there will always be some problems like this or that.So we need to explore a kind of relatively perfect flipped classroom teaching mode that can be applied in the course of skill training in colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the course of Basic Information Technology of University and other skills training courses, this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing the flipped classroom teaching mode in the college skill training courses.Respectively, at home and abroad flipped classroom study and practical experience for reference, using a combination of literature research, research questionnaire and interview research, it established a self-learning and micro-video resources as the core based flipped classroom college skills training courses teaching mode, of whose teaching practice is demonstrated by the course of “Basic Information Technology” of university. Also, with the involvement of a questionnaire and in-depth interview, the validity of this model is verified and analyzed. Practice proves that Flipped Classroom teaching mode is conducive to resolving the skills training courses in "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" problems, mobilizing students learning enthusiasm and improving the teaching effect.This essay is divided into 7 parts: The 1st part mainly deals with the research background,significance, innovation, programs and methods, and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign flipped classroom. The 2ndpart will investigate and analyze the current teaching situation of “Basic Information Technology” of university through questionnaires.The 3rd part will briefly introduce the theoretical basis of Flipped Classroom. The 4th one makes an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of introducing the Flipped Classroom into the college skill training courses. And also it constructs a Flipped Classroom Model adaptable to the skills training courses, based on Robert Talbert two stage model and Zhang Jinlei flipped classroom model of the flipped classroom, and introduces this model. The 5th part takes the “Basic Information Technology” course as an example and expresses the activity design of Flipped Classroom Model. The 6thintroduces the practice process based on flipped classroom teaching mode of college skill training course, and analyzes the teaching effect,proving that Flipped Classroom Model shows a positive practical effect in higher skills training courses. The 7th chapter points out the deficiency of this research and the improvement measures, on the basis of summing up the conclusions of this study, and makes an expectation of further studies.Through this study, we have a more comprehensive understanding of the flipped classroom teaching mode. In the teaching reform of today,in the face of the new teaching mode which is produced in the west, we should be deep reflection based on the actual situation of classroom teaching in our country, avoid to follow suit, and find a suitable teaching mode for the flipped classroom in our country.
