A Research On The Execution Of Sports Policy In Junior Middle Schools In Shanxi Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,knowledge competition has become the focus of all countries in the world competition.As is known to all,the development of knowledge economy depends on modern education,so all countries in the world are taking measures,formulating policies and reinforcing the education work.What's more,they all come up with a great number of new policies physical education reformation of schools.As one of the educational policy and sports policy,school's sports policy plays a very important role in maintaining educational prestige and authority.Its effective implementation is not only related to the comprehensive implementation of China's education policy,but also an important way whether the national policy can be implemented,to achieve national education goals.This paper takes the research on the Implementation of Sports Policy in Junior Middle School in Shanxi Province as an example,analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of the implementation of the Central Document No.7 in Shanxi Province and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the school sports Policy enforcement.This study takes the junior middle school in Shanxi province as the research object,and takes the teachers and students of junior middle school in Shanxi province as the object of investigation.We distributed 380 teacher questionnaires and 780 student questionnaires.We investigate teachers and students on the policy implementation of the Central Document No.7 by using the questionnaire survey.We analyzed the collected data by using mathematical statistics,chi-square test,crosstalk analysis,descriptive analysis,etc.All these provide certain basis for research.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Shanxi province junior high school for the implementation of sports policy as a whole is below the middle level.There are differences in the implementation of school sports policy among different regions.Urban school sports policy execution level was significantly higher than the township schools.(2)The implementation of the establishment of the system is general,which can only reach the basic level of implementation.And it did not meet the requirements of the document should be achieved.(3)Individual middle school is not in accordance with the provisions of the national curriculum standards for physical education classes,weakening the phenomenon of physical education is more common and serious.(4)The implementation of the annual spring and autumn sports meeting that the document requires is not in good condition,while sports activities and student physical training situation is not satisfactory.For the health examination and physical fitness test,there are significant differences in the physical examination of the organization of different nature and different regions.The overall situation of resource protection is in a general level.Finally,the following recommendations are made on the basis of the conclusions:(1)It is high time to strengthen the implementation of institutional policy,improve the management level and improve executive capacity to promote the development of school sports.(2)Effectively ensure the development of sports activities and create a good atmosphere on campus to improve the enthusiasm of students.(3)Actively organize healthy physical examination work,earnestly implement the physical health test to improve the health of students.(4)Ensure the quality of teaching,optimize the team of teachers to ensure that the material basis to improve the teaching conditions.
