China's junior high school sports work is constantly progressing and developing under the promotion of school sports policy.These achievements are undeniable.In order to continuously promote the development of young people's physical health,our country has issued a series of relevant regulations and requirements.Although the policy has been popularized and promulgated,the middle school has also been implemented accordingly.The school sports policy emphasizes the importance of the school sports work and also puts forward some ways to strengthen the implementation of the policy.However,many obstacles in the process of carrying out the sports policy in junior high schools in our country continue to emerge,which leads to the fact that the physical education in middle school is not optimistic,and it is very different from the policy requirements.It is worth considering whether the middle school can carry out the sports policy effectively.The study takes Xinyang junior high school as the survey object,according to its economic level development from seven counties in Xinyang City,three counties are randomly selected as the Shihe River District,Guangshan County,Luoshan County,Huaibin County,and from the three counties of this district,each district county and village level middle school are selected randomly,and 8 junior high schools are selected as the investigation objects.72 teachers and 600 students,using literature,observation,questionnaire,and data statistics to carry out theoretical and empirical research on the obstacles and Development Countermeasures in the implementation of primary school sports policy.In theory,the definition of execution and execution is first defined.The author makes an empirical study on the implementation of PE policy in Xinyang Junior Middle School in Henan Province in the following several aspects: The weekly physical education class is opened and occupied.Development of extracurricular sports activities Physical education teachers teaching staff.Sports facilities and equipment.Through investigation and analysis,the main conclusions of the study are as follows: in the extracurricular sports activities of Xinyang Junior Middle School,the performance of morning exercises and class exercises is good,but the form of development is single,and the time is short;the executive body of Xinyang junior middle school attaches little importance to sports policy;Xinyang junior middle school teachers seriously lack more than 1/2 of the school teachers can not meet the requirements of the policy;Xinyang junior middle school site equipment is short;Xinyang junior middle school supervision and management system tends to benefit.This paper probes into the corresponding problems of junior middle schools,and puts forward some corresponding strategies: establishing the administrative leadership accountability system of Xinyang junior middle school;strengthening the construction of teaching staff in Xinyang junior middle school;and increasing the primary middle school in Xinyang city.Investment in sports funds;improve the supervision and management system of Xinyang junior high school.Through the exploration and research on the enforcement and validity of sports policy of junior middle school in Xinyang City,the purpose is to understand the problems existing in the present stage of physical education in junior middle school and the areas that need to be improved.The author also tries to provide some references for the country to adjust and perfect the school physical education policy,to make the policies and regulations more operable in the future,and to promote the healthy development of physical education in junior middle schools.
