Study On The Risk Management Of Physical Education In Rural Primary And Secondary Schools In Shanxi

This paper takes the rural primary and middle school students as the research object,the main use of the existing research methods of questionnaire,interview and statistics of Shanxi Province Rural Schools Sports Teaching risk research,using modern risk management theory to analyze,in view of the existing school sports teaching risk problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the probability of occurrence,physical education injury accidents,can make the school,teachers and students to better grasp the students' sports teaching the essence of risk,risk and improve in sports between students' physical quality to find a balance point,and provide a theoretical reference for the development of sports teaching better.Research results:1.Exploratory factor analysis,results showed that 1 of the survey data: variable sources of risk factors in Shanxi province rural primary and middle schools in four dimensions of physical education information overlap degree is high,the Bartlett test of sphericity reached significant level.This study extracted 6 common factors from the 28 sources of risk factors in teachers;extract 6 common factors from the 21 sources of risk factors in students;from the 8sources of risk factors in the teaching environment to extract 2 common factors;teaching management from the 10 risk sources extracted 4 common factors,these the common risk factors in Shanxi province was established risk sources in rural middle and primary school physical education framework.2.This study through the possibility of physical education,the risk of middle and primary schools in rural areas of Shanxi Province,the degree of severity of the controllability of the comprehensive assessment results showed that the risk from the teacher according to the average risk size are safety risk,technology risk,security risk,risk factors,cognitive psychology and teaching experience of self management risk risk.From the studentsaccording to the average risk risk size followed by physiological factors,safety awareness,safety awareness,communication between students,self management and psychological factors;risk from teaching environment on the plane according to the average size are the risk of natural environment risk,equipment risk;risk from teaching management on the plane according to the average size of risk are the medical risk,home school communication risk,management risk,risk guidance.3.Shanxi rural primary and secondary schools to deal with the current situation of physical education teaching is not optimistic.The teacher,the teacher before class health students know little accounted for 9.16%;safety accidents occur easily in the process of physical education teaching in the game has 50% teachers,43.3% of teachers think that prone to risk in the course of practice;often in class to teach students the method of self protection I accounted for 28%,only occasionally on students' safety education accounted for 44.17%;15.8% of the teachers on site equipment,almost no check or not check;students,there are96.8% students in the know they have not participate in strenuous exercise to select the hide,don't let teachers know;source of sports injury of students to teachers in knowledge 49.1% in the classroom teaching;students do have difficulty movement when terrified accounted for15%;the site,have 5.7% of their teachers school groundsequipment very The use of physical education teachers is poor;15.83% of the venues for the 5.7% sports teacher cinder site;that the school where their monthly check again;in the aspect of risk management,the school attaches great importance to physical education accounted for 0.83%;only 29% of the students think that their school for medical work very seriously;34.3% sports teachers think that their own school for students every two years or not for a medical examination.But it is better to do the rural primary and secondary schools,the vast majority of students to purchase personal accident insurance,the transfer of the risk of school physical education will play a positive role.Conclusions and recommendations:1.In the process of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,the sources of risk include teaching experience,technical risk,self management,safety awareness,psychology,safety awareness of the 6 factors.The risk sourceof the students mainly includes 6 factors: self management,psychology,safety consciousness,physiology,safety cognition and students.There are two factors in the teaching environment,that is,the site equipment and the natural environment.The source of teaching management risk includes 4 factors,namely: school management factors,guiding factors,medical factors,family school communication factors.2.The occurrence of physical education teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi.The main factors leading to the risk of sports teaching is safe and physiological factors,safety awareness of teachers and students' awareness,compared with natural environment and teaching environment factors on site equipment factors accounted for a greater proportion of medical risk;and guidance,management,home school communication risk compared to the proportion of larger.3.Proposal: government departments to strengthen supervision,strengthen the construction of school sports;school sports facilities to strengthen management,reduce the risk of PE teaching;to strengthen students' safety awareness,avoid teaching safety problems;to strengthen the construction of teachers,promote the development of school physical education.
