Research On Safety Risk Management And Control Of Physical Education And Health Course In Primary School

Safe and stable teaching environment is an important guarantee of teaching quality,but the frequent primary school sports injury accidents become the main obstacle of school sports development,which is very important for the safety risk management of primary school sports and health curriculum.In view of this,this paper makes an in-depth study on the identification,assessment and management strategies of safety risk management in primary school physical education and health curriculum.The results are as follows:First,the paper analyzes the cases of primary school physical education and health curriculum safety accident judgment documents,interviews and literature collection,and extracts 7 risk factors of primary school physical education and health curriculum safety risk human,physical and administrative,a total of 50 specific risk indicators by using the analysis tools such as fault tree analysis and risk back analysis.Human factors mainly include: student factors,teacher factors,other personnel factors other than teachers and students,student factors include 12 risk indicators such as students' non-compliance with normal classroom routines,teacher factors include 10 risk indicators such as teachers' failure to identify sports classroom risks in a timely manner,and other personnel factors other than teachers and students include 5 risk indicators such as low attention to sports and health curriculum safety issues Risk indicators;physical factors include: field equipment factors and sports environment factors,field equipment factors include 7 risk indicators such as uneven field,and sports environment factors mainly include 4 risk indicators such as excessive sports temperature difference;administrative factors include: human management factors and material management factors,human management factors include the appointment of primary school physical education teachers and the lack of management supervision 6 risk indicators including improvement,6 specific risk indicators including sports equipment procurement approval,etc.are not well managed.Secondly,we use ABC classification and Pareto analysis to evaluate the extracted risk factors and risk indicators.According to the risk assessment,students' factors,poor management of people,site and equipment factors,and teachers' factors are the main risk factors in ABC classification.Third,it puts forward the general strategies for the safety risk management of primary school physical education and health curriculum:(1)establish the risk assessment and supervision mechanism of school physical education;(2)establish the scientific management system according to local conditions;(3)strengthen the safety knowledge education for teachers,students and management;(4)improve the professional ability of participants in physical education and health curriculum;(5)campus safety Standardization construction.Fourthly,using case analysis method,taking school F as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the safety risk management of primary school physical education and health curriculum.
