Research On The Teacher Training Mechanism Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Ordinary Local Colleges And Universities

Under the current environment of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the social economy is accelerating and transforming to innovation-driven development.The demand for innovative talents is growing.As a base for cultivating talents,colleges and universities must export a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents to the society and shoulder the heavy responsibility of promoting China's economic development.Teachers are the main body of teaching activities,and are the guides for students to acquire knowledge and abilities.The importance of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers is of great importance to the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education.This study takes humanistic management theory,constructivism theory,system theory and teacher professional development theory as the theoretical basis,combined with literature analysis method,comparative research method and questionnaire survey method,using SPSS,AMOS and other software to analyze the results of the questionnaire,to explore the current situation of the cultivation of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in ordinary local colleges and universities in China.The research finds that the teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China have problems such as the shortage of teachers,the unreasonable composition of teachers,the weak quality of teachers,and the unskilled management of teachers.Establish a structural equation model for teachers'development in quality,teaching and scientific research,and the indicators of teacher assessment are clarified through path optimization analysis.Drawing on the experience of the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in the United States and Japan,we will build a systematic training mechanism for teachers of innovative entrepreneurship education.The teacher training mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education consists of five sub-mechanisms:resource synergy education mechanism,policy regulation mechanism,training management mechanism,supervision feedback mechanism and development guarantee mechanism.Clearly defined the government functions,social support,university organization,discipline construction,teacher selection,training,assessment,etc.,and jointly build a harmonious and orderly teacher training system.Improve the training level of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in an all-round way,and expand the scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers,further promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
