With the rapid expansion of the enrollment scale of higher education in our country,the quality of teaching in colleges and universities has become the focus of the whole society."Thirteen Five-Year Plan" pointed out that we need to improve the quality of education,realize the education modernization,become the power of human resources.University is an important base for personnel training,its teaching quality is an important indicator of the quality of national education,therefore,improve the teaching quality is not only the need of improve students' innovation ability and employment ability,but also is the need of transport high quality talents to the society;not only the need of self-connotation development of colleges and universities,but also is the need of construct human resources power and innovative country.It is a long-term subject in the field of higher education on how to guarantee the quality of teaching under the existing resources.Since 2012,MOOC relies on elite schools,teachers,open,free and other advantages swept the world,has a strong impact on all aspects of higher education,and it has been gradually applied and practiced in colleges and universities in our country.For college teaching work,MOOC is both a challenge and an opportunity.Faced with such a situation,how to effectively deal with the impact of MOOC and improve the quality of teaching? From this study.Based on the conceptual definition and theoretical discussion,this study analyzes the impact of MOOC on teaching in colleges and universities,through the questionnaire survey,comes to know the current situation of college students' learning and the main factors influencing the teaching quality in colleges and universities,and puts forward the strategies of improving teaching quality in colleges and universities with the impact of MOOC.Form the following understanding:Firstly,this study thoughts connectivism learning theory,new constructivism theory and teaching optimization theory as the theoreticalbasis of the study.Connectivism learning theory and new constructivism theory conforms to the needs of teaching and learning in the context of information,and reveals the learning characteristics of learners in the Internet age.At the same time,the MOOC provides better conditions for the teaching process optimization,fully exploits and exerts the advantages of MOOC benefits to the raise of teaching quality in colleges and universities.Secondly,the impact of MOOC on teaching in colleges and universities.Specifically in the teaching quality view,curriculum construction,teaching activities,teaching management and so on.Thirdly,The main factors influencing the teaching quality in colleges and universities.Including curriculum and construction,classroom teaching and management,students' learning quality and evaluation,teacher assessment and incentive mechanism and so on.Fourthly,the strategies of improving teaching quality in colleges and universities with the impact of MOOC.Including: enrich the teaching resource,improve the curriculum;innovative teaching mode,reconstruct the teaching process;improve the level of teaching staff,combine with online and offline management;improve the quality control system,promote the rational evaluation mechanism.
