Research On Vocational Education In Shanxi Province(1912-1937 )

During 1912-1937 in national education reform tide,Shanxi Province using its stable social environment for development premise,self-adjustment and update the education itself continuously,not only developing Compulsory Education,but also brought Vocational Education into the education reform and put it into the important annulus.Thus,Shanxi Vocational Education got a certain development during this period,this paper takes 1912-1937 as the time range,Vocational Education as the research object,research on the development of Shanxi Vocational Education during this period,explore the background of the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi,analyzes the general situation and characteristics of the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi during the period,to seek the experience and lessons in the process of its development,provide enlightenment and reference for the reform of Vocational Education in Shanxi.This paper is divided into four chapters:The introduction part of the study aiming at sorting out the origin,purpose and significance,research status,content and methods to lay the foundation for the development of the study.Chapter 1: focuses on the background of the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi Province.This chapter discusses the background of the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi from two aspects of the whole nation and Shanxi,showing the response of the Shanxi educational circles in the tide of national political,economic and cultural reform in this historical period;analysis of Shanxi’s unique geographical environment,cultural and educational background and the reality of education background,come to know the favorable conditions and practical needs of the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi,removing the possibility of promoting Vocational Education in Shanxi from the perspective of history.Chapter 2: Study on the promotion of Vocational Education in Shanxi from primary motivation,text of Vocational Education idea,development ideas and stages,and analysis Shanxi Vocational Education from the original impetus to the implementation of the various linksand,sort out the stage of its development.Chapter 3: Taking Huang Yanpei’s Vocational Education system as reference,respectively from the Higher Vocational Education,Secondary Vocational Education,and Elementary Vocational Education school,sort out the funds,courses and teachers in their school,presents the development of Vocational Education at all levels in the period,to have an overall understanding of it.Chapter 4: Analyzes and summarizes the status of Vocational Education in Shanxi during this period,based on the first two chapters of the specific research content.On the basis of the experience of the development of the Vocational Education in this period to reflect on our modern Vocational Education,and offer reference for the development of the current Vocational education.
