At present, the frequent occurrence of violent incidents in junior high school and senior middle school campus has made many scholars' research on the prosocial behavior of adolescents, and one of the important factors influencing prosocial behavior is the individual moral level. The formation and development of morality is based on the interpersonal interaction between others and others, and under the premise that the individual is allowed by social norms.Adolescents are in the critical period of moral development,They are the longest in school and are subject to the impact of education.Their values, moral standards and prosocial behavior tend to be influenced by the school's natural environment, cultural environment and the existence of the moral atmosphere. In order to explore the law of moral development of adolescents and the influence on prosocial behavior, this study focuses on two variables: the paradox of moral self-regulation and the perception of morality atmosphere in school. At the same time,in the exploration for the paradox of moral self-regulation,added in moral identity variable. This study used the experimental method and the questionnaire method,to explore the condition of the paradox of moral self-regulation,and to analysis how it affects adolescents' prosocial behavior, the independent variables also include moral identity and perception of morality atmosphere in school. In this study,207 high school students as subjects, using Sachdeva et al moral vocabulary start paradigm, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on high school students' prosocial behavior tendency, moral identity and perception of morality atmosphere in school. The results are as follows:(1)Adolescents have a higher moral identity, perception of morality atmosphere in school and prosocial behavior tendency, moral development is good.Moral identity, prosocial behavior tendency do not exist significant gender differences and grade differences, but there are significant gender andgrade differences on perception of morality atmosphere in school.Specific performance in the perception level, girls higher than boys, sophomore students higher than the first year of high school students;(2)The adolescents' moral identity is positively related to the tendency of prosocial behavior, and the positive relationship between the two variables is not easily influenced by the paradox of moral self-regulation;(3)The occurrence of the paradox of moral self-regulation is not only related to the initiation of morality, but also by the time of recall. When the individual recalls the event for the recent and positive events(moral behavior),the individual will reduce the prosocial behavior, appear moral licensing effect, and if recalls the event for the negative event(unethical behavior),the individual increases prosocial behavior, appear moral cleansing effect;when the individual memories of the event for the long-term,there is not appear the paradox of moral self-regulation;(4)The perception of morality atmosphere in school of high awareness of individuals than the lower individuals have a higher prosocial behavior tendency;(5)The occurrence of the paradox of moral self-regulation is influenced by the individual's perception of morality atmosphere in school to a certain extent.Specifically, individuals with low perceived levels are prone to moral licensing effect when recalling the recent positive events.Individuals with high perceived levels are prone to moral cleansing effect when recalling the recent negative events.
