School moral atmosphere is an important part of school moral culture construction.This study takes Nanjing engineering vocational college as an example to investigate the current situation of school moral atmosphere perception of five-year vocational college students,and adopts case discussing to conduct interventions.The study is divided into two parts.The first part is the investigation on the current situation of five-year vocational college students' perception of school moral atmosphere.First,850 copies of the School Moral Atmosphere Questionnaire are issued,and then a case study of 6 students is conducted.The second part is to conduct a intervention of 32 students.They are divided into 4 groups.The three groups are respectively conducted case discussing based on justice,care and forgiveness,and the other group is a control group.The results of study 1 show that:(1)the students' perception of moral atmosphere of Nanjing engineering vocational college is in the medium low level,in justice,care and forgiveness factor,the highest score is forgiveness factor;(2)the five year vocational students' perception of school moral atmosphere in gender,the nature of the subject is not significant,but in the care factor,liberal arts students' score is higher than science students';(3)the difference of five year vocational students of school moral atmosphere perception level in grade is significant,with the increase of the grade,students' perception level correspondingly increases.The results of case study is similar with it.The results of study 2 show that:(1)there was no significant difference in the control group of before and after test;to justice,care and forgiveness for the intervention contents,there are significant differences in the three groups of before and after test;(2)to justice for the content of the intervention did not produce on the migration of care and forgiveness atmosphere;the intervention taking care as content produced on the migration of forgiveness atmosphere;the intervention taking forgiveness as content produced on the migration of justice atmosphere;(3)to care for the content of the intervention,effect on girls is better than boys;(4)the case discussing is an effective intervention to improve five-year vocational college students' level of school moral atmosphere perception.
