With the rapid development of economy, the demand of talents for our country, especially innovative talents, is becoming more and more urgent in twenty-first Century. Innovation begins with the problems. The problem posing is not only the basis of innovation, but also the starting point. Therefore, the development of high school students' problem awareness is a cut-in point to cultivate of innovative consciousness.Firstly, the research status of the students' problem awareness at home and abroad is summarized in this paper. Then, some related concepts are defined. At the same time, the relevant theoretical basis is introduced in the second chapter. Secondly, the mathematics problem awareness of senior high school students was investigated through the research methods of questionnaire and interview to the students and teachers. Statistical results show that the current high school mathematics problem awareness is relatively weak. It is mainly manifested in three aspects. One is that the student is too superstitious authority to ask questions. Another one is that the understanding of problem awareness' s effect is insufficient and the student is not willing to take the initiative to ask questions. The last one is that lacking of certain method guidance is not good at asking question. In order to further analyze the reasons for the weak consciousness of students, the influence factors and classroom atmosphere as the two research breakthrough point focus on the role of it in the cultivation of students' problem awareness. It is showed that the cultivation of students' problem awareness is the result of the interaction of many factors. The good classroom atmosphere has a great effect on the cultivation of the problem awareness. Finally, the paper gives the relevant countermeasures to cultivate high school students' awareness of mathematics problems. The countermeasures for students include three aspects. One is that communicating with parents change their traditional consciousness to build a good family atmosphere. Another is that constructing mathematical problems in life to culture and observe their ability and problem solving ability. Last one is that paying attention to autonomous learning dare to challenge the authority to enhance self-confidence. The countermeasures for students include five aspects. One is that the teacher should pay attention to and strengthen the teaching of "four bases", and lay the foundation for developing the consciousness of mathematics problem. Second is that teachers need to construct mathematical problems in their daily life to cultivate their ability to observe and solve problems. Third is that teachers should set up the problem situation teaching, and guide students to put forward more and better problems. Four is using all kinds of conflict and contradiction to train student's problem consciousness. The last one is that teachers strengthen their connotation construction to lay the foundation conditions.
