Education is the foundation of economic and social development.The development of education in poor rural areas has important practical significance to the overall development of our country.How to improve the quality of education in poor rural areas is a major problem to be solved at present.This thesis is based on the basic situation of the 24 poor rural e ducation in Liangzhou district and the education status of the population,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interviewing method,sampling survey and census combined,through data and case analysis,sort out the existing in the education of t he 24 poor rural in Liangzhou district,and according to the current policies of national and provincial,city,district and the Department of education,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis of education in the 24 poor rural of Liangzhou district,show the 24 poor rural in Liangzhou district,education has made some progress,but there still exist such as unreasonable distribution of educational resources,rural school-age children do not enjoy the most basic teaching resources;rural education infrastructure,poor school conditions obviously,the difference between urban and rural areas;the age of teachers are older;school enrollment plan of some secondary vocational schools are lack of innovation vigor;secondary school education is not with the society,lack of attraction.In order to solve the problem of educational resources unreasonable,poor infrastructure,the teachers are older in Liangzhou District,Liangzhou district should put the current policies of national and provincial,city,district and the education department as the focal point,to accelerate the development of pre-school education,to meet admission requirements of school-age children of poor families;the implementation of standardized school construction projects,improve compulsory education school running conditions;to speed up the process of education information,to achieve high quality digital educational resources sharing;the establishment of education funding system to improve the security of poor students;expand occupation education scale,to further promote the education resources sharing;the implementation of college enrollment policy of poverty alleviation that gives priority to the implementation of the national poverty population;To be Implementation of the policies that rural teachers "support plan(2015-2020)",retain good teachers;encouragement and support primary and secondary school teachers in poor villages and towns to be from teaching for life;Encourage college graduates to teach in primary and secondary schools of poor villages and towns;earnestly implement the personnel in remote and poor areas to support teachers' special plan;to promote the training of skilled technical personnel and labor transfer.
