"The central committee of the communist party of China in 2018 the State Council on several opinions of the development of preschool education to deepen reform specification,and put forward clear requirements on the development of pre-school education career,think preschool physical education belongs to the important part of preschool education,preschool education as the beginning of a lifelong learning,is the integrity of the national education system,is the important social public welfare undertakings.Preschool period is not only the foundation of children's skill development period is also a critical period,conducted for children's growth and development of physical education teaching activities,but system science to promote children's sense of system function is perfect,the intelligence development of children's body movement,on children's physical and mental health and social development has the incomparable positive role.However,the differences in regional economic level,regional environment and social cognition will lead to the differences in the overall running ability of kindergartens,which will also greatly affect children's physical education.This study in kindergartens of Liangzhou district physical education activities as the research object,by the 3-6 years old children's growth and development guidelines for reference,through the literature material law,questionnaire survey,field observation method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the wuwei liangzhou district(hereinafter referred to as "Liangzhou district")to investigate preschool physical education teaching activities,and to explore the relationship between sports and children's physical and mental development and the basis of sports on the positive intervention,and the liangzhou district in the kindergarten teaching activities and restricting factors to conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing problems,put forward practical and effective solution,Strive to provide a theoretical reference for the kindergarten physical education work.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There are 169 kindergartens of four types in liangzhou district,including 47 public kindergartens,1 municipal direct kindergarten,2 military kindergartens of factories and mines,and 119 private kindergartens(among which 117 are inclusive private kindergartens).The number of public kindergartens accounts for one third of the total number of kindergartens,preschool education resources are mainly composed of private kindergartens,and various conditions of kindergarten kindergarten and sources of funds and the scale of kindergarten teaching level,faculty recruitment channels exist problems such as the real difference.2.The teachers of the kindergartens in liangzhou district are younger,mainly with college degrees,with relatively high teaching ability and basic quality,but the gender structure is unbalanced.There is a lack of talents in preschool education,there are fewer full-time PE teachers,and most of the PE teaching activities are organized by other teachers on a part-timebasis,so there is a lack of knowledge on the technical principles of children's sports movements,scientific PE curriculum arrangement,and physical and mental development characteristics.3.The goal setting of physical education in kindergartens in liangzhou district is not clear enough,the teaching contents are not innovative,flexible,systematic and coherent,and the matching degree between children's physical education interest and teachers' teaching contents is low.4.Teachers and principals have a positive attitude towards the development of children's physical education activities,and a quarter of parents hold a hesitant attitude,and some parents show the contradiction between positive cognition and negative practice.On the whole,there is a big age difference in parents' cognition and attitude,that is,young parents generally support,while most older parents hold hesitant attitude.In view of the above problems,it is suggested to grasp the level of running a kindergarten macroscopically and adjust measures according to the conditions of the kindergarten.To strengthen the construction of teachers,"blood transfusion","hematopoietic" both;Grasp the "degree" and "quantity" of teaching scientifically,seek development in innovation;Comprehensive cognition of physical education activities,the realization of kindergarten,teachers,parents "tripartite" cooperation.
