Research On The University Maker Training Mode Guided On Science And Technology Entrepreneurship

With the popular of maker culture movement swept the world and in response to Prime Minister Li Keqiang's "public entrepreneurship and innovation" slogan,Cultivating talent has become the focus of education work key content.Colleges and universities as the main educational institutions to cultivate innovative talents,bears the important task of cultivating makers.However,due to a lack of theoretical and practical training experience,so that the creation of universities around the maker culture space became deserted land,maker culture cultivate talent has become the talk.Therefore,this paper-oriented technology start-ups,in particular the relevant theories comb and case studies on the construction of the university training model maker culture,the culture maker culture combined talent and technology start-ups,explore a new model of training creative talents.At the theoretical level combed describes the origin and development of the maker culture of success stories at home and abroad were analyzed;On the basis of relevant theories are analyzed in order to define the maker culture,maker culture connotation of the concept of space,thus defining the concept of connotation of the guest space,pointed out makers and entrepreneurs to include relations with each other,makers includes entrepreneurs,and entrepreneurs are the ultimate form of maker culture.Use case alysis,spatial layout of the maker space,innovative projects running processes,students and teachers and the main financial policy support in four areas to investigation a university in Tianjin which has been cultivate makers and find out the relationships between the four areas.Combined with theoretical and case analysis,Depth analysis of the five training models of guiding theory,training objectives,training process,training evaluation and practice conditions respectively,to explore the inner link between them,to build a science and technology entrepreneurship-oriented college makers training model.In the end,interviews and satisfaction surveys were conducted among instructors and students who participated in scientific and technological innovation projects in specific cases,further validated the technology entrepreneurship-oriented college makers training model to enhance innovation capacity and promote the development of entrepreneurship have played a positive effect.
